This TV has exceptional color and the picture is very clear. This was our first smart TV and we are really loving being able to stream shows from the Internet. The remotes are super simple to use. We would definitely purchase this TV again.

I'm a professional photographer. The 4K 55" screen displays my landscape art with breathtaking realism. My images simply never looked better in any medium. While watching BD 3D videos the 3D effect also surpasses the movie theater experience by a large margin. Using the "dynamic" picture setting compensates for the darkness of the 3D active glasses. I'm impressed.

This Samsung 4K does a great job with displaying 4K sources. When there is a lot of motion in the image, there is some occasional "juddering" on image draw, particularly around the edges. This replaced a Samsung plasma, and we're still trying to get used to an LED TV. In some ways, the plasma was better, particularly in the fact that once set, you rarely (if ever) had to adjust the picture settings for different video sources. With this 4K, we find that we often make adjustments. Overall, it's a good TV, with impressive up-converting capabilities, particularly with Blu-Ray sources.

Had trouble with the original connect one box or cord. Best Buy sent out a Geek Squad guy who was absolutely wonderful! Took care of my problem. Checked on my other hook-ups and left with everything in perfect working order. I am very pleased with the service I received from Best Buy. DW

Everything you would expect! Super clear picture and great for sports
