I was completely satisfied with all aspects of this TV, especially the internet browser and its vast adjustability through the menu function. The connectivity is much simplified with the box housing four HDMI connections (as well as an optical sound port). This was the largest TV I could fit for the application I had in mind for it and I am very happy with it.

Okay, so it's not that easy to set up this tv when connecting with a home theater system because it reboots each time you disconnect. Not having bought a new tv recently, I didn't realize this happens. Most people would likely know these kinds of things, but I didn't. Also, the instructions all boil down to one tri-fold 8.5x11 piece of paper that I almost recycled before I realized it held all the answers. But, be patient and all good things will come to you. An amazing display and a beautiful, streamlined design that looks good on or off.

Best TV I ever had. Smart features do everything I had hoped for.

Several things: 1. This HDTV such as others has a great picture, which actually looks kind of weird with a movie or DVD or TV series. It looks too good, and does not impart same feeling as my earlier LCD Sharp Aquos from 2005. It's great for those ultrahigh HD feed loops you see in the store, such as for landscapes and oceans, underwater stuff like that, you know. I can't quite put my finger on it for a description. I've thought about downgrading in order to recapture that elusive quality. 2. The smart aspects of this new generation regarding the Internet interface is slow like a 15-year-old computer with poor Wi-Fi or something. I think you're better off to buy a dumb TV and a dedicated laptop or desktop to run it. I mean it's nice to have Netflix and YouTube set up with the Samsung app, but the functionality seems like an early generation version. And if you want to use the browser, just forget it – it'll drive you crazy. I even have the optional keyboard, which helps a little bit, but if I had to do it all over again I would go another way. 3. I feel like I'm funding a lot of R&D, and presently not getting much for it. Kind a like going to a Japanese kabuki restaurant and having all of that action with the cook for eight of us and getting flipped a few bits of food like a trained seal. Didn't really deliver on the main reason I was there.

We went into Best Buy to purchase a flat screen TV. The sales staff worked with us and provided ABOVE STANDARD SERVICE. They worked with us and showed us different items within our price range. They helped us make our final pick and worked with us getting everything we needed.

I bought this tv for movies and games. Both are amazing. Pros: Easy to setup picture quality and 3D is amazing. Remote and apps were good. Cons: Google chromecast will not support. Network is keep on dropping.

Just love this tv. Picture and color is amazing. Not even interested in the new QLED. This has quantum dot display. Just less advance. This tv is where it all started. I highly recommend this product!!!
