I finally upgraded from an old plasma tv and I'm so glad I did. The picture is so clear and it totally improved my tv watching experience!

TV is very nice, but I would not say amazing. Also, the TV sits a bit crooked on the stand as it looks like the TV is too heavy for it. Had to exchange first one because of screen issues.

Great tv. Picture is really nice. It virtually upgrades every channel on the fly. My only knock would be ease of setup and it doesn't power off the bluray player even though it's synced up.

I bought a 46 inch about 6 years ago. The tv still looks great, but this looks amazing! I've never been disappointed with a Samsung and they continue to not let me down. The only downside are the tv speakers, but that is a given with tvs these days. With a tv this big you should have a sound system set up anyways. So not a huge problem for me

I was looking to upgrade my tv of 7 years for a 4K tv and after looking at the reviews I decided to get this one when it was on sale.

The colors are beautiful and natural. Easy to use smart tv.

I own two Samsung 8000 series Tv's. The first was purchased in 2011 and the most recent in 2016. I'm very satisfied with the overall quality of the Tv's. Before the most recent purchase, I seriously considered the OLED Tv but decided against it after comparing the quality of the picture to the Samsung 8500 using a1080 cable feed.

The TV I purchased for my girlfriend only worked for 5min and then the screen went black. Trouble shooting with Samsung did not help, so we took it back and exchanged it. Best Buy staff was very helpful and the 2nd new TV works well.

This is the clearest picture I have ever seen. Setup was quick and easy, no problems at all. Enjoying every minute watching it!

Got those TV when it was on sale for presidents day. I was at the store debating between 2 tvs then the store manager came over and helped me tremendously. Ended up getting this TV which I wasn't even looking at when I got there.
