Ok many of my friends have front load washer machines, so I actually went through the extreme of washing a load of clothes to test them out my self! And I was soooooo discouraged and thinking of just getting a top load to obtain the best wash. But when I went to the store and they informed me of the 30 day no question return policy.. I said ok I will give it a try. THIS system by far exceeded every single expectation! I Thank GoD for this washer and dryer! My husband, my 10 year old daughter and I absolutely super loveeee it! THIS SYstem..... GETS DIRTY CLOTHES CLEAN! Yes is beautiful Yes is cutting edge Yes it is newest thing But more so than anything THIS THANG WORKS!

I will tell you they are nice .they are quite and large

love my Samsung flex wash its amazing although I had to return 4 times due to it being damaged when I received it the overall quality of the washer itself is absolutly amazing I love it and I highly recommend this set .so easy to use and many different settings love the little top load washer as well its suck a big help for tiny loads.

I recently purchased a new washer and dryer and cannot say enough about them and how much i love them. They are great at cleaning the clothes thoroughly and the stand alone on top is even better for 1 or 2 small articles to be washed. Also, being able to get alerts on my phone or Samsung TV indicating that the laundry has compelted.

Best washer ever Super easy fast and being able to use the upper for delicates is key

The cost is 100% justify for the features that we wanted to have for a drier.

I used to have the top load washers and I’m so happy I decided to get the flex washer. It’s Perfect for a large family like mine. Very convenient. The only issue we had was it wasn’t draining, we called to have it fixed because we had warranty and it was quick and easy. It is expensive but worth it

Great dual capacity washer. The machine allows for regular loads or smaller loads in the upper bin which makes the unit efficient. Both upper and lower bins can operate simultaneously and does a great job washing. The machine is definitely a high quality solidly built unit. I would highly recommend this to others.

This washer works great. It is nice to be able to wash two different loads at once. They also look really nice. The only reason I only give 4 stars is because of the height of this washer. I bought the stand that is sold separately, but without this the washer would be too low to the ground.

Takes big loads and does great for the flex wash small loads.

We've had this washer for about a month and a half now. It works great and the extra washer on top is more useful than I thought it would be. Only drawback, my old washer could wash my king comforter with any any problems, this one is smaller and it left my comforter lumpy and not completely washed. But it did wash my king blanket without any problems.

I have read many negatives reviews online before I purchased this product because it will stop working after months of use, but Since I have been using it I did have any problem with it and it does the job what is meant for. So far I can say I am happy with my purchase.

Looks great installed. Only problem is that it was delivered with scratches on the doors and as of yet they have still not been replaced. Very poor follow through on this one thing. Hope if there is a real problem it would be addressed sooner. Multiple Geek Squad appointments that no one ever showed up for. Not happy.

I know what you are thinking fun washer??? YES this washer will do so many things it will keep you playing around with it and wanting to do laundry!!! Have you ever had a washer play you a song when the cycle is over or send you a message on your phone??? Ok yes it does a great job on my clothes also!!!!

Wasn't sure about the utility of having the small washer on top as well as the large washer, but that feature is now one of my favorites. Water stays inside the gasket of the front loading washer so make sure you wipe it out to avoid mildew!
