I like all the different settings on the machine. All the things I have washed, have come out clean and fresh. The top washer is great for hand washables or just small loads.

This washer is amazing! I can do large loads in the bottom and small loads in the top at the same time. Time saver for sure!

Very happy for this purchase and finally did it. It handles all our laundry needs from mom and da plus 3 active kids and a dog. Very happy with this washer.

The separate washers works well when trying to wash delicates and heavy towels or jeans at the same time. Love the delicate wash for washing medical scrubs.

I love this washer!!! It gets everything clean, everything smells amazing, it doesn’t stop mid wash or have any issues so far. My husband works all day with drywall and comes home and is covered in mud from our farm and this washer handles everything I throw at it! The top feature is great for small loads, and the quick wash setting doesn’t take but 15 minutes (or longer depending on the options you select), and hasn’t ever let me down. Overall, a stellar product!

I just love love love the top loaded. I wash my lab coat on the top loader and can do a regular wash at the same time on the bottom. It is like having 2 washers in one. It has a sanitizer cycle that last a little over 2 hours that will save you from being worried from leaving lasting bacteria on your clothes. It is a smart washer so you can connect and sync to your phone and have it tell you when you clothes are done. The clothes seem to come out cleaner and whiter than my last washer. Life doesn’t get easier than that.

I have only had the washer a few days but already love it. After 9 loads of laundry I can say that I have been able to get laundry done quicker and more energy and water efficiently. The small top washer has been great for intimate apparel and face masks. It has been easy to learn and provides many options. Glad I listened to my daughter and spent the extra money. Just make sure you have the room as it is taller and deeper than normal models.

Me and my wife have been wanting to upgrade our washer and dryer for quite some time but the old one's we had worked so well that we just could not find ourselves parting with them. Well after 12 long years, our washer finally went out so we had no choice to buy new one's. We settled on one set but then quickly changed our mind when we saw the Flex. We love the choice we made, Excellent buy!

This washer machine is a monster machine, I can wash everything, delicate, blankets, towels and you use any load and it will set itself and voila done.

great washer choice from BestBuy. Worth buying. Would refer to friends. Gives choice to use small loads when you have small kids.

So so helpful to be able to run 2 loads at once. Too bad the matching dryer doesn’t actually dry
