Amazing washing machine. Obviously it is more expensive, but so so worth it! We didn't buy a new dryer because this washer is just that good. And the main washer is HUGE! I have 2 kids and I can put nearly all of their clothes from the week into one load. And having that top washer saves so much time! I was afraid that i wouldn't use the top washer, but I can put all of my workout clothes in that load, or kids blankets, etc. I am so glad I splurged and got the washer I wanted! We did buy the 5 year geek squad warranty (which we usually don't) just bc it is a new model and you just never know... it is 2 washers in one after all! The only complaint I will say about the install is with the drain hose. Our house is a 1997 built house, and the drain hose and the size of the drain pipe was the same. And the hose needs installed differently than normal washers. You don't use a normal hook like most washers, this hose had to be pointed directly down. So needless to say, they couldn't complete the install. Then I had to go to lowes and have someone there try to understand what I was talking about, and make an adaptor to work in our drain pipe. So Samsung should work out the kinks on that. Maybe an adaptor of some sort? What I gathered is our house is too "old" and the pipes weren't made as large as they are now in newer homes. I think the designers assumed if you were going to be buying this washer, then you must have a brand new house. But! Once that was all figured out and my husband came home and got the drain hose installed (we had to makeshift an adaptor and use some creativity) ---- it was like a dream! I did so much laundry so quickly, and efficiently! So so so worth the headache!

I love how this washing machine has made washing clothes up to 25% more efficient and quicker. What do I mean by that? The top loading bay has allowed me to wash the weights which aren’t as much as the colored clothing at the same time with a finishing window of about 15 to 20 minutes, therefore allowing me to dry the whites almost completely before the colored clothing is complete. The smart technology is definitely lackluster because of Samsung, and they’re in ability to optimize, so I personally would not buy it for this reason alone, which was one of my main reasons, but after realizing the efficiency of the washing cycle utility that this machine has brought to mind house to do list workflow I will same. It only takes one star off my review. Once you utilize this double intake machine which has enough room to put full-size king bed blankets, inside of it, not the top section, but the main drum you will not feel normal using a normal washer anymore.

You can wash a very large and small load of clothes at the same time allowing you to finish with laundry quicker. Very quiet machine even using the high speed spin. Love the smart control feature which connects to your cell phone. Clothes come out very clean and there is a setting for every type of clothing or fabric.

I was worried about all the reviews that stated this washer was loud. I can't speak for them but my experience has been fantastic. Very efficient washer. When the washer broke we were forced to get another ASAP. I found a nice whirlpool at Lowes for a great price less than half the cost of this. We went to a couple of different store to look at different washers to see if they could meet the standards of the Whirlpool washer we liked. My wife insisted we stop at BestBuy. I didn't even know they sold washers. I didn't look at the price at first I just looked for what was going to meet our family's needs. This washer stood out. Then I seen the price tag. JEESH. After that price shock we steeled on this one. Once it was delivered we had a ton of laundry so the machine ran for 13 hours straight. Very smooth Quite Efficient modes Overall very happy with this purchase. Also at this price tag we added the 5-year warranty for peace of mind

After about one month of use we’re happy with the performance of the machine. It’s quiet, handles big loads with ease, and the controls are fairly simple. Have not utilized the WiFi capability as yet.

This washing machine cleans my clothes good, but it's not worth $1400 on sale. I am disappointed in it for the price. I like that it connects to my Wi-Fi and alerts me that the cycle is over. I like that it has the small washer built into the top, I don't use it very often, but if I need it, it is there. Everything else that this washer does is no better than a machine that costs one third the price.

Definitely bigger than expected (store floors seem to make them feel smaller, lol!) so check your measurements! But super love it! Haven’t had a chance to use all the features yet, but I have used the small top washer for an emergency cleaning and a delicate item, and it’s so convenient! The user manual is huge and I almost feel like there should be a YouTube video/class on how to use everything this washer can do! Haha!!

Very nice, easy to use, tons of features. After about a year, though, it started to leak out of the bottom near the front when it was in use. We found out there's a panel to take off with a drain hose that you need to drain every now and then. There's also a hair/lint trap inside in a ring around the door. This needed to be cleaned out as well. Kind of annoying but worth it for such a nice machine.

Great washer. Lots of wash selections for laundry. Machine does a great job cleaning clothes etc. The smaller washer on top is excellent for small loads. Does a fabulous cleaning job while conserving water. Quiet while running.

This was my first front loader washer, I have had top loaders previously. This washer is taller than my others, because of the top washer. We have cabinets above our washers in our laundry room, so the top lid opens up and still fits, but it wouldn't have fit if we bought the pedestal (my back would have preferred the pedestal though). The install was quick from Geek Squad, they did a nice job! The washer is fairly quiet, even for large loads. I love the steam feature! I have kids who are training in underwater, so this really helps get the smell out of underwater that had accidents! The steam comes out at the bottom too, instead of at the top like other washers, which is good. It cleans well, and has a lot of options. I really like when it alerts my phone when the wash is done!!

I absolutely love my electric Samsung flex washing machine, very much love the idea of the 2 separate washer. Smaller load & larger load running at the same time. Thanks to this machine, we do not have to wash a load daily or if we skip a day have to do double load like we had to in our portable washer. This washer is quite & get the job done. The delivery guys did a good job getting it into our basement & connecting it too, only thing I had to go purchased after, was a longer hose for the water to drain since the drain was too far. All other fixing were purchased with the washing machine. Now I have to get the dryer too!!!

I love this machine for how spacious, quiet and how well it works. With so many options to choose from and I am impressed that my clothing are almost dry when I take them out. I bought the dryer too and I love them.

Love the capacity of the main washer and it’s great to be able to wash a small load in the upper washer at the same time. Cleans clothes well and very quiet especially compared to previous washers.

Needed a new washer after my old one stopped working had it for several years I decided to shop at Best Buy online came across this Samsung flex washing machine read some of the reviews like what I read took a change and purchase one after Seeing it in person love it. The top loader is a bonus for my delicates washes I was able to do two loads of laundry at once my cloths comes out clean very quiet front loader machine my husband like, it’s a plus and now he’s does laundry too. This Samsung flex washer is absolutely amazing extremely happy with my purchase!

There were a few issues getting this delivered, but the delivery and hookup, once finally arranged, were smooth and the Geek Squad crew was friendly and fast. The washer itself is pretty great. Top washer for small loads is getting lots of use. And the front loader is MASSIVE. My drier now looks badly outclassed by this Dreadnaught class battle cruiser of a washing machine next to it. Also, in spite of what looks to be a complex control panel in need of an advanced degree, the whole thing is simple and easy. Press and play.

Overall I love this washer. I gave it 4 stars for a few reasons. 1. The original day it was delivered, it could not be installed because I was told the drip pan was too small, not a huge deal. I ordered a larger drip pan then rescheduled the installation. 2. The new installation date, the technician called me in to show me that a hose connector was missing and it could be a problem in the future. I was completely confused as no one touched the machine other than the guys who delivered it 2 days prior and now the one who was here to install it. The installation team was rude to me when I told them they needed to fix the issue. The attempted to install it without the hose connector to pacify the situation. 3. I contacted Best Buy about the issue and was told that I needed to contact Samsung. I contacted Samsung and was told that I needed to contact another department. Was transferred to that department only to have the call dropped. Overall I was not pleased with how the whole situation was handled and was never resolved. 4. For the actual machine, it is a bit bigger than I originally thought it would be, but that's on me because I didn't actually look at the measurements. It fits perfectly in my laundry room and works beautifully despite the hose connector issue. I would definitely recommend this washer to anyone with a large family because the flex wash essentially makes it so I can wash 2 loads at a time making laundry day a bit less stressful.

This is a great product, huge capacity, quiet operation, features are unbelievable and having the smaller washer on top for delicates is a really nice feature.

Much quieter and more stable than what I expected, even while running both machines at the same time. I could hardly tell the thing was spinning, even with a full load. I do not recommend running both at the time, though, at least until you know how it will affect your drain. The amount of water being pumped into the drain, from both machines at the same time, can cause overflow. Otherwise, I would give it 5 stars. We got the 6" pedestal, and it is still very quiet and stable. The top machine is high but not too high. The pedestal brings the main machine up to the height of a regular front-loader...it is too low without the extra lift so, I definitely recommend the pedestal. I also recommend professional installation. This thing is heavy...very heavy. I'm a big guy and I had a friend help put it up on the pedestal but it was still a struggle. Overall though, I'm very satisfied and love having the option to wash smaller items or loads without running the big front-loader.

Very good washer I love the two washer system simply because I wash small loads socks, jerseys and that sort of thing. The bottom washer is big enough to wash my full load when needed. It runs pretty quite so no complaint there The only thing a slight concern is after using the top washer for a few times seems like it’s a bunch of water stuck up in the top washer. But washer does what it needs to do and that good enough for me.

This washer is hands down the best I have ever owned. I had a Samsung front load washer for years that I decided to leave behind when moving out of state. There was no question that I would buy Samsung again. The Samsung Flex washer is similar in many ways to the previous washer I owned. But with even more features!! I absolutely love having the upper washer for small and delicate loads. I don’t know how I ever managed without it. I’m very happy with this purchase.
