I do not recommend
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The concept of having a top and bottom washer so you’re able to use boats and the top is for small loads, often the sensors that there’s a leak come up and you have to let it dry internally for 24 hours so now your laundries on hold for that long. These are small loads, I put 3 small toddler shirts/shirts on top and the sensor went off. I would not have bought these machines that I know, plus the buttons are hard to press, they get stuck and don’t always work. Dish machine is less than a year old, it should not be behaving like this.

I want to love this washer....BUT......

I purchased one and the top washer kept leaking water from the bottom, eventually Samsung reimbursed us our money, and I bought a new one because it matches our dryer...after a couple of months, this new top washer is doing the same thing. It is clearly faulty engineering, I will go through the motions again, but REALLY????

Worse $$$$$ washer ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.worse piece of junk we every threw good money at. Every other time it stops with the 1LC1 error. We have followed every advice out there on the net, stopped using fabric softener in the top washer still the problem persist and the laundry day becomes a day of frustration and we have to wait a day before the laundry operation can start again. Check the web for this error before buying an expensive headache for your self. To make matters worse the sensor is not easily reachable to no way to dry it you just have to wait it out.

Horrible product
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My washer has been broken for 2 months due to losing complete power for upper and lower washers. The door is locked with my sheets in it and both upper and lower will not drain. A technician came out twice to try to repair it and they cannot fix it. I’ve been trying to work with Samsung to get a refund and they said it will take another 7-14 days for an answer. Washer sucks, customer service sucks. Do not buy a Samsung!

DO NOT BUY THIS WASHER!!!

Too late to return to Best Buy and Samsung service is too lacking in timeliness. The system is not capable of flushing the fabric softener through the compartments. Water backs up in the compartment and sets off a sensor to tell the machine to only drain. This will shut off both the upper and lower machine! It will never stop alarming unless you unplug the machine from the wall. Repair man says this is a very common problem and a design flaw. It took 2 weeks to get them out here in the first place. It will be one more week to get the part and have them return. Samsung will only pay for this for one year. After that, I get to foot the bill for repeated repairs. I specifically bought this unit to have the top washer for small loads that I don't want to wash with fabric softener--bathing suits, sports uniforms, work-out wear. I only used fabric softener in the upper unit 2 times!!! That was enough to make the entire machine completely unusable. Unacceptable!! So now that the entire doesn't work and won't complete the wash cycle, it has water left in the system. My brand new front loader stinks already. Since it can't be fixed in a timely manner, all the work I did to make sure it could dry out when not in use, wiping the seal after every load, and running the cleaning cycle was useless. It already stinks!!!

Huge disappointment

Don’t waste your money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every 5th wash or so the washer leaks and gives the 1lc1 error and we have to unplug, tip the washer and put a 2x4 under it for a few hours. Washer also gets unbalanced super easy. Buy a whirlpool instead.

LC1 Error
