Super easy, great settings, Love the double washer, especially because it can do upper and lower at the same time

Love this thing, it's got every option you want and connects to smart home. It is very heavy so get the delivery option. The 6 inch Pedestal has been backorder. After using it the 6 inch would be nice as the doors are low to the ground or you will need to build a base for it to sit on. But it has alot of options and the extra small loader on top is perfect for the one or two items or the delicates.

Small washer is great for work clothes, bathing suits, dresses etc. Washer has preset buttons to make using the washer simple, my kids can use it with ease. Love it!!

We found this gem at a killer deal because of a scratch and dent sale. The little top washer is awesome. You can run quick smaller loads in it while running a larger load in the bottom. It can handle about 3-4 3XL T-shirt’s at a time. The bottom washer can handle a full load of heavy bedding with ease. It’s way quieter than our old washer and the songs it plays when finished are fun. I highly recommend this washer to anyone, and especially to large families. We’re a family of 8.

Love our washer. The flexibility to do two washes at the same time is coming in very handy. The tub below is a great size to do my comforter and the top is perfect for delicates or workout wear. I like the idea of not needing to fill a whole washer for just my sons Jujitsu gear. I’ve had no problems so far and have done over 40 washes. I love that the “normal” load time is less than my old washer

Easy to operate and really does the job. Multiple cycles but unlike most front loaders you can get it done quicker and better

Sleek design. Easy to use. Fits an over-sized king comforter comfortably. Not compatible with the Samsung lift that has a drawer.

I think we could have same quality for less money but it is a real good machine. Its easy to work, lots of great features. Never used the wifi.

Having a second washer for delicates, small loads of dish towels, etc. is a huge time saver. Do you have a big load of darks and a small load of whites? Put it up top and both finish about the same time! We have discovered that we use the top unit almost as much as the drum. It is also nice not to have to stoop and load/unload a washer in the pedestal. We bough the washer without the little pedestal that Samsung sells, and the height turns out to be just about perfect.

This machine is great - I can load it up or put in a mini load on the top. I especially like the top for delicates. The clothes always come out clean.

Great for delicates and hand wash, use almost daily. Long wash cycles on bottom washer but cleans well. Pretty quiet.

Ok, was a bit skeptical about a dual washing machine, but the top load washer on this Samsung appliance is a gem! My white loads love it! While the lower drum handles king comforters effortlessly. It's been a year now since I've had Both Samsung Flex Washer and Dryer. Couldn't have made a better choice.

I love being able to wash delicates or small items at the same time I was a series load. Real easy to use and most important it gets my clothes clean.

Both washers work as designed. Remember to on put a small amount of detergent in the top. Save deep washes for the bottom washer

I like the washer. The top washer is nice but after reading the capacities I'm not sure I'll use it much. The app features are a Lil disappointing unless you only want notifications. However expect a boat load of troubles getting the app to work. Otherwise washer does a good job and is quiet.
