I bought this TV open-box and it has been a good addition to my living room. The picture quality is great and I really can tell a difference with the nano-crystal pixel technology. The TV picture quality is amazing with sporting events and has a "sports mode" that makes you feel like you are at the live event. Movies and TV shows work great and are picture clear. The only downside is at times the TV can lag- as if the picture can't be displayed quickly enough from the live frame-by-frame broadcast. This happens when I am watching sporting events and there are quick movements in the broadcast. This is due to the 60hz refresh rate (most tvs have a 120hz refresh rate). You normally can reset the cable box to fix it, but that is a bit of an inconvenience and takes some time for the box to reload. Overall good value for the price, but Samsung offers a better version (the 8500) if you are willing to pay for the added benefits.

I was able to look at a nice selection of 4K models before choosing this one. I must admit I am a Samsung guy so I do gravitate towards their selection. As usual, I was not disappointed. The setup took minutes and the TV was up and running. Brilliant colors and easy to use.

Needed to replace my old 57" Beast of a TV, after much shopping around comparing prices, quality, features, and reading reviews, I chose this one. I am so pleased that I did! This was a great buy. Excellent picture and easy to navigate, I love my new TV!

did a lot of reviews on this and I will say hands down a top notch tv. Great pic, quality of the colors is great. Sounds is a little low but we were looking from sony, sharp, vizio and Samsung. By far everything we wanted and more. Don't sleep on this tv

My 48" screen TV was bought about 15 years ago and it was slowly dying. Samsung started running some black Friday deals on their TV's throughout the month of December. I did my research online, looked at plenty of opinions on Samsung TV's as well as others. I wasn't going to make a final decision until I saw them in the store and I was able to compare. I am very happy with my choice! This is a mid-level (price) 60" flat screen that has very good clarity and plenty of options if you are into a smart TV. One article I read before purchasing said most people are not happy with their choice of TV because they bought 1 screen size too small. I kept this in mind when purchasing as I originally was going to get a 55" screen. The next size up was the smart move. The one negative would be when there is an abundance of black on the screen you can see more pixels. I also noticed in the beginning some blurs when there was quick movements but I seem to be used to that now and it is not an issue. Just as with most if not all flat screen TV's, make sure you plan to get a decent sound bar or similar system. It will make the experience that much better.

great TV for what I paid. this is my 4th Samsung TV and 2nd 4k. the only issue I have found is that trying to calibrate the color on your own is time consuming. other than than that the sports mode is awesome and the speakers are better than any other LED TV I have owned, they put out great sound. Overall it's a great tv.

I found the sound to be less than robust even after adjusting with the eq. Am enjoying the good picture quality on the larger screen and will be adding a WL keyboard and mouse to facilitate easier navigation for the apps and browser. Over all I am very pleased with this purchase and would give it a thumbs up recommendation.

This is a great T.V. for the price with easy set up and a variety of picture settings, including an amazing sports option that is bright and makes you feel like you are at the game. Sound is good but a sound bar would probably help it be great.

Great quality and nice features on this tv so far, only had it 2 weeks. The TV stays on if your BluRay player is on, nice reminder to shut it off at night. Best buy set it up for us which was also nice, we didn't have another box to deal with.

Even though our current cable company does not yet have 4K available this TV still has awesome resolution and color. The price was great and we love the TV. We highly recommend this TV.

It's simple we love it. No regrets. We bought a higher model than we intended and it was a good move. Picture quality is awesome. Family really enjoying it. It's even simple enough for me to figure out how to use it with out my 10 year old.

Amazing picture. Colors are very vivid. I was worried about it not being 240Htz, but the picture, when watching football games, is amazing. Glad I made this choice. I love the ease of using Netflex on the tv. It's very quick and easy.

TV has performed flawlessly, picture is great and the detail is awesome

I like the tv I was amazed by the picture at the store but when I got it home I really couldn't tell the difference from 1080px to 2160 px. The volume on it sucks. Most of the movies that are played we have the turn the volume up to 60-72 . Which is a downer since we paid a lot for it. A bit disappointed.

I read all kinds of reviews before I purchased... The reviews are spot on! Movie viewing great... Live tv notice ghosting pixilated shadows... Did the black screen thing after 5 days of use..l discounted the cables and worked after... Wish I would have gone with the model down that had better reviews.

I did a lot of research before I purchased this particular tv. I was hesitant about buying a 4k tv now before anything is even being broadcast but I will say that everything looks amazing. Definitely not disappointed.

This Samsung TV has lived up to our expectations. The delivery and installation by Best Buy was great....no frustration on our end. The picture is excellent and the features as advertised. The sound is actually quite good.

This tv was easy to set up right out of the box. The only thing that I don't like about it at the moment is that the tv does not rotate on the stand which will ultimately not be a problem once it is mounted onto the wall.

I checked reviews on several TV's before deciding on a 65"4G TV. When I checked the store and compared the picture of this TV with the picture on the 65" TV I went to Best Buy to purchase I decided I would rather have the picture on this 60" TV.
