Having some issues
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The geeks installed and charged us for each TV we wanted moved and the install of the new one, though we were promised it would be only one charge.. Ok, that is on us. But several times since the new TV was installed it has cut out with no provocation.........just goes black! It does turn back on when you restart it. After paying all that money to the geeks and paying for the TV, Best Buy says "Call Samsung". I think Best Buy is taking a pass. Though we have purchased 7 TV's from Best Buy in the last few years I think our next purchase will be somewhere else.

Excelente 4k TV at an excellent price

It is an excellent 4k TV at excellent price. Samsung generally makes high-quality products and they certainly did a great job on the 4K SUHD TV. The hardware and software are equally excellent.

Very Sharp 1080P resolution

Had a problem with the image and sound shutting off for a couple of seconds when connected to the cable box. After some research and trial an error decided to remove the cable connection from HDMI1/DVI to HDMI2 and the problem never happened again. It's been running sharp for two weeks.
