TV was easy to configure after installation. Smart features are easy to use and simple to understand. The picture quality is outstanding! I read everything about this TV months ahead of buying. I made a great selection and I'm very happy with my purchase. My wife loves it too!

Needed to purchase a new tv due to the former crapping out. I like to buy what are major purchases from a store where if Need be it can easily returned or someone can come to my home to rectify the issue. I'm extremely happy with Best Buy. Talk about attentive. At no point was I ever made to feel nothing but a valued customer. Will shop here's again.

The tv had judder, plastic stand and plastic materials, so not great. Did look great for gaming though.

We got this tv during a Black Friday sale, it wasn't worth it considering we waited in a pretty long line and then ended up having to return it. The color was poor; picture wasn't clear..resolution sucks. Because we had the TV shipped to our house; Best Buy intentionally gave us an open-box item when we paid for a brand new in-box price. Keep that in mind, when you have merchandises ship out to your home.

We replaced a 52 inch Samsung with this model, and while I wasn't blown away at the difference, we are happy with the television. We live in a rural area and have Directv satellite service connected to Hughesnet internet, so we cannot fully use the features and I can't comment on those. I would imagine that I would be a lot happier if we could.

This is our second Samsung TV and we are really enjoying it.

Tv quality is outstanding, movies look great on the screen.

The picture had a gray tint in the picture at times . Otherwise the picture was very good.

I purchased my 60 inch TV and have to say I am in love with it. Samsung has the all time best picture, i would not buy any other brand.

We have had problems with Netflix on this TV. Apparently a known issue.

I am very happy with my TV, after talking with sales associates and comparing all the options, I felt like this TV was the best value for size, resolution, color depth, and functionality. And I have not been disappointed.

tv is great until it got some age. now the tv software is out of date with no way to update. unable to get pluto and sling tv.

As of this writing we are very satisfied with Samsung 60 4K TV. We elected to have the Geek Squad do the set-up and purchased the universal remote which has been a real plus. We are really enjoying the 4K UHD!
