Not a bad tv for the price that was paid. Love the refresh rate that it offers.

I was told Samsung is the best. I am disappointed that 5 months later I must have the Geek Squad in to fix the television. The Geek Squad representatives said my problem was happening in several other customers televisions also. I wish Best Buy would have provided better guidance on purchasing the television.

The picture was great on this tv for three years then started getting white spots on the screen soon after warranty expired. Speakers are awful in this model

I love this TV. Picture quality is crips and colors really look nice. I was a little worried because this TV was replacing my Vizio that had a refresh rate of 240, and this TV only being 120. I have to say that one week in from my purchase and I can't tell the difference. Also, this TV works great if you are viewing it from the side, you get little picture degradation as you start moving towards an angle. My only compliant is I don't think the remote is anything special. But the picture quality and easy to use apps, more than make up for it : )

Picture quality is amazing. However, I had to return it. It was turning off in the middle of a movie for no reason. Also, the audio would skip every few minutes.

Found crack in corner of screen about 20 days after purchase. Called best buy and was told i had to work with manufacturer. No win situation.

We purchased this TV super excited about the ultra HD, but honestly were very dissapointed by it. The colors are not as great as we thought they were when we saw them on display. Most of the time when watching netflix the screen is blurry making all imagines undefined, it also seems to kick us out of netflix often, not what I expected from such an expensice television!

Horrible picture and coloring. Returned for another brand which had none of the out of box issues that this one did.

Only complaint is there is no Sling App like the salesman at Bestbuy told me there was.

Purchased this tv November 30th 2015. It just died !! November 24th 2016, on Thanksgiving day during the game!! It did have a nice picture, but can not possibly recommend a $1200 product that did not last a year

Surprised to see this many good reviews for the TV. Here is my experience, both good and bad: 1) Picture: This picture is good but not great. In fact, the out of the box settings weren't great at all. I went online and found specific calibration settings and went in and made all of those changes, without much improvement, so reverted to the default. The reds are a bit strong across the board and require some adjustment. Too much sunburn on everything. 2) Judder: I did a lot of research on TV's prior to this purchase and got an education in new terms like "Judder" and interpolation, and input lag. I am not overly picky, so despite the poor ratings on judder for this tv, i bought it anyway. If you like to watch football on TV, you don't want this TV. Lots of judder. Just occasionally gets choppy for a few seconds, almost like your satellite signal is about to go out. I do have satellite but I don't think that is what was causing this judder. 3) Resolution: This tv seems to have very clear resolution on up close shots, but when viewing smaller details (like football players from the tv/field view) it is really fuzzy. Less clear than the 1080p LG i replaced with this TV. The was a definite deal breaker for me. 4) Input lag: Another new term to me but now I get it. Despite buying 28g hdmi cables, there is significant audio input lag. For example, when changing channels the picture comes on, but the audio lags behind for another second or two. So you see the show, but without audio for a couple of seconds. I know this seems small, but its crazy annoying to me. 5) Easy Set up: The best part may have been set up. It was very fast, and it synced immediately and easily with my wifi. Apps are pretty easy and accessible. All of this has led me to the decision to return this tv. Maybe its the 60z, maybe its something else, but for me this tv is just not worth the 1500.00 I paid for it. I guess the last point is the one I already knew--namely, that 4k content just isn't there yet. I knew this going in, but having had the TV for a week, and there being no real content of significance to access---its just not worth it to me at this time.
