4 years after spending over 1500.00 for this TV it now has a black band covering the top third of the screen. Various ideas from multiple blogs on how to fix this problem were unsuccessful for me. I am stuck with a TV that should have lasted 10 years or more and it’s now junk. Thanks Samsung and Best Buy for nothing. I’ll go back to purchasing these products from people who know how to build and sell a good machine. Hi Sony,

This smart tv just has never worked well. Replaced firesticks, hdmi cords, resetting internet - still having problems.

I was contemplating between this TV and normal UHD TV. Although the differences are barely visible to a naked eye, I did find the colors to be vibrant and pictures more crispy on this TV. I took quite some time to lock this TV down especially now that there are so many models available in the market. Initially I wanted to go with Sony 4K as they were the original 4K innovators. However i was bowled over by this TV quality when the associate at best buy took time and went over the features and videos. Top product from Samsung.

I took it back and bout an oled tv. Best decision I made. Love the LG oled.

screen was cracked pretty bad,have to go to other side of town to get an exchange,they don't deliver from one store to the other so it would be closer to me,bummer,hope the next one is alright,didn't even offer me any kind of compensation at all

Bad screen. I had to trash this Samsung TV. A fe months later I also trashed a Samsung refrigerator. Not the most reliable appliances / products. Do not recommend.

I have owned this for 2 days and have watched sports, movies and played video games with it and I am very happy. Picture is awesome. Very clear and smooth (not perfect but very good). Only negative I'd say is the blacks are more like a very dark grey. If you want dark blacks you'll have to spend quite a bit more money so for the price range I am very happy.

Hands down the best TV I have ever owned. No other company even comes close. Picture quality will blow your socks off!

the tv stopped working 10 minutes after they delivered it.

I picked this up in a great (so far anyway) deal on black Friday. The picture quality is absolutely amazing. This set replaced an older LG plasma 60 inch, and wow! I know some people had some issues with the apps early on, but so far YouTube, Netflix, Amazon all work great. I was able to use the digital audio out to get surround sound on the integrated apps, everything works as expected. Be warned, the stand works fine but sits at a slight angle and does not adjust or turn.

Picture quality is amazing. The 4K content on Netflix and Amazon Prime is limited but growing. The true motion feature is distracting to me. I prefer the setting off when playing video games or watching fast moving scenes. Especially a fast scene in 4K. Only complaint is I should have waited to buy...price has dropped $300 since I purchased on 1/4/16!

Ive owned for about 2 months now and i can say i am satisfied with it so far no issues, just a reliable samsung as i owned before, I had concerns coming from a 240Hz refresh rate to a 120Hz but actually i have no notices much a difference, the one this that has impressed me is the detail in color, Im seeing colors that I've never seen before on tv also the brightness is better in this model, I got this tv for a steal, i would not have purchased if it were not for price, i was also looking at an LG 65"

This tv out of the box was pretty easy to set up, The menu walked you thru it all, step by step. The tv has functioned well since, has a great quality picture. The only negatives I found was the upconvert to 4K could be better, and prepare to buy a wireless keyboard to function thru the web os as doing it with the standard remote included is tediuos but works. Great buy, great price, and included the extended warranty, as this was a replacement for a 5 yr old flat screen that died....appears tv's are now throw aways per the mfg.

I upgraded from a Samsung 55" 1080p, wanted the 4K experience. I purchased a SUHD 60" Samsung and can not believe the difference. The picture is so crisp, it looks like you are watching it live in your living room. I compared the regular 4K to the SUHD 4K and was blown away by the difference. Only glitch is the samsung remote isn't completely sync'd. I'm sure if I call the Geek squad they can walk me through it.

The tv is excellent! And the set up was really easy. The picture quality is great. Bought it on cyber Monday and world recommend it.

Returned the 8500 model 65" for this beauty and never looked back - saved $1000 - what more could I ask for
