Well, after 2.5 years, 6 months after the extended warranty expired, our old Samsung 55" LED TV died. It was a hard decision, but I went with another Samsung TV. It just has a great picture... and was on sale. I've only had it for 1 month, but so far so good. This time around, I got the 5 year protection. One thing I was a happily surprised about, there is a very noticeable size difference between 55" and 60". I didn't notice it in the store, but at home... WOW!!!

Just upgraded from a 47" Panasonic tv.....this new machine is absolutelyfreakingphenomenal!!!! Even the commercials are awesome. Unbelievable!

Purchased this to upgrade from older Samsung of similar size to get Smart TV apps and features. Good connectivity and solid set of common apps apply to all users. Some video and content sharing features are limited to Samsung phone/tablet users (might work with other Androids, but if you're an iPhone users these features are irrelevant). Navigation is a bit clumsy and takes a bit of learning, even for older Samsung TV users. Bottom line: full-featured for the price.

I just had this TV delivered and mounted over my fireplace yesterday evening. I love the size, picture quality is very nice. I can't wait to go home and spend more time with it. Lots of nice apps and very easy to use.

Not a good tv judder when playing bluray Not good for gaming and picture quality is average return for js8000 and had same results took it back and got sony x850c big difference no motion blur while gaming and no judder while playing blurays picture quality is better and does a better job upscaling berry happy with sony 4k tv samsung made good tvs in the past but now all there new tvs r 60hz and with a 3rd party display only js9000 has samsung display if you watch sports and ur a gamer stay away from samsung

I was new to the smart tv world read reviews on every tv ,went to consumers guide, and I am so happy I decided on this one love the sound watched Super Bowl,put it on sports option and it was just like being there

For months I was looking at UHD TVs waiting for the big Black Friday sale. We purchased the Samsung UN60JS7000FXZA 4K Ultra HD LED Smart TV. I was told that the Samsung UHD TVs with the "S" had better contrast than the standard UHD TVs. For a living I make home entertainment key art, so I'm very visual and highly aware of what is offered in the realm of digital home entertainment. I understood that only some streaming services offer UHD quality so I was looking for a TV that also performed well up-ressing 1080p. I was really excited to finally get this TV and save $800 at the same time. We brought it home and the testing began to see if the $1300 we spent was worth it. I cannot stand TVs calibrated with the high saturation that makes newscasters look ultra sunburn, so I put it on the "movie" calibration setting that is desaturated. I watched a few 1080p and 720i cable shows like “Homeland” and “Brother vs. Brother,” rented a 1080p movie through VUDU, and watch some UHD streaming movies like “Avengers” on Netflix. I thought I was going nuts because everything looked like a soap opera! I even had to look at a few of the same shows on my other Samsung 1080p TV just to make sure I was not losing my mind. I noticed a lot of jitter-meaning that when people walked fast or the camera panned it was not smooth, as if frames were missing. I have another co-worker that creates DVD menus and special features who claims that you have to really go in and custom calibrate the TV to get it to look good. Maybe I gave up too soon in returning this TV. It was not worth the extra money to me when I am happier with the look of my 1080p TV. Maybe Samsung should make a setting for a more natural film look that does not look like a soap opera out of the box. I do not think the human eye is meant to look at people this sharp. Now I understand why some directors and cinema-photographers say that they prefer the look of film over digital. I too do photography and when I do portraits I soften the settings so skin looks soft because it is more flattering. When we returned this TV I still really wanted to give UHD a second chance thinking it might just be that this TV was "SUHD" or the large 60" size, so I had the sales men show my husband and I a range of other UHD TVs with different video images and they all looked like they had the soap opera effect. So my recommendation is if you are looking into UHD TVs is to watch a dramatic movie that does not have a lot of CGI effects standing at the distance you would view it in your living room for at least 15 minutes to judge for yourself. The vibrant still images or slow moving videos they have on these normally are not good to watch for a final judgment.

I really was looking at all different brands of 4k TV's, but until I went to the store I did not know which one I wanted. I was thinking I wanted a 55" tv, but after finding out both the 55 and 60" went on sale I decided that I would be happier with the 60. I was also torn between SUHD and UDH, but when I was shown both side by side, the nano technology in the SUHD provides a noticeable different in detail and color. I seriously could not be more happy with my TV. Everything is eye candy, and there is streaming content that is just fun to watch. Even the regular cable shows are incredible on a 60". I was waiting for 4k to buy a larger TV, and am so glad I did. Sound is not as terrible as some say, but I did buy a samsung sound bar which completes the in home theater experience. I no longer will be disappointed if I miss a movie in theaters, because my in home experience will be just as satisfying, if not more :) Buy this TV, you will no regret it

This television is everything I was looking for. The picture quality on this 7000 series is noticeably better than a 6000 series and barely (if at all) different than an 8000 series. Everyone has been blown away by how amazing this tv plays.

Came to BB to upgrade 6 yr old 46" Sony. Sales person was remarkable. She understood all the pros and cons, features of various tvs. We knew we wanted a 60" tv with same quality as Sony. This tv is so amazing. Has 3 D effects. Colors bright. Size perfect for our living room. Price great too

I went from a led to a suhd and it is by far a much better picture it's not bulky at all so it's not taking up to much space and a very easy set up

I upgraded from a 50" 1080i to this tv I wish I would have done it a long time ago. Amazing picture! Not to mention all the extras from being a smart tv. Excellent buy!

Finally got the most anticipated TV came home Pros: -Easy to Install, gets you feel that you got new TV Cons: - Cheap Plug In cable(Very small,so careful while plug it in), Flimsy TV Stand, supplied screws are half an inch 8 thin ones for such a big 60" TV, really bestbuy and Samsung?, after all screws in, still wobbling and scares me to fall anytime even for the floor vibration??? View is better only you are watching right in front of TV about 10 feet away, if you sit little on sides/small angled view, you feel quality of pictures is not for what you paid. Only 2 USBs and 3 HDMIs. Anyone still using other HDMI, may benefit a little as they have facility, but most of us uses only HDMI, could have been more USBs and HDMIs, Sound... its not that great...Remember its 600X600MM wall mount...

Great TV on sale was a great price. What I expect from Samsung. Free set-up and delivery worked out great as well.
