The product is great and I love the picture quality

The only good thing of this tv is the picture quality. I bought this tv thinking that the web browser would be great, but I was wrong. The most of the websites don't load because the flash drive doesn't support that web page. And the Screen mirroring don't work like my old samsung UN42F5500. I returned the TV in the same week.

Bought this TV during the Thanksgiving sale. Looked great on initial power up. Within couple of days noticed 2 inch thick black vertical lines.... Did not expect such poor quality product from Samsung... Called tech support and am informed that part takes in 2-3 weeks to get... this sub-standard piece is going back!!

I absolutely love this TV when it works. Great picture, decent sound, decent bundled apps. I bought it in November 2015 and I am writing this as I hold (1+ hour so far) with the support number to get my second onsite service call in 6 months scheduled to replace the system board. During the first service call, the technician stated he had done many calls for this TV and had replaced several boards twice. I asked if there was a revision, he said no all parts were original. This board frequently fails leaving you with TVs that power off after 30 seconds or with no working HDMI inputs. Samsung, you have made better (and my two other TVs show that) so I would expect more at this price.

Surprised to see so many good reviews for this TV. Here is my experience, both good and bad: Purchased this Samsung 60-inch UN60JS7000FXZA LED 4K SUHD about 8 months ago from Best Buy. Overall---Poor quality for sports action!!! Okay for movies... 1) Picture-->Sports: Don't buy this TV for sports! If you like to watch football or basketball on TV, you don't want this TV. Lots of judder. Picture gets choppy on fast-action sports. Both ESPN and Fox Sports come through as 720p, but that should make little difference in judder. Also, I don't expect as much from Fox anyway, since Fox usually seems to have lower picture quality, but I attribute that to their cameras in some games/sports. Sometimes they seem to have fairly good camera-to-picture quality on Fox, and other times not so good. Sports action clarity seems a little better with 1080i on the major networks and TNT, but still nowhere near what it should be. Still get judder on fast action sports. I would say that picture refresh rate is a big problem with both football action and basketball action. Football and basketball players----Lots of judder, as if frames were missing during fast-action sports. Very hard to watch this when I am used to my old Samsung 60-inch Plasma TV, which is always very clear. I had a direct picture comparison with my older Sony LED TV, which is mounted just above this new Samsung LED TV, and the older Sony has much less judder. Tried some recommended picture settings online, but that did not help with sports action judder. Could not find recommended settings for this exact TV model. 2) Picture-->Movies: We are fairly pleased with the picture for movies and your average TV show. Good for most movies on TV and Netflix. Very clear and distinct picture with most HD movies. Color is usually good. Close-ups of faces show every minute detail on the person's face in HD. I have not tried any 4k movies yet. 3) Smart functions seemed to work okay, but nothing special. 4) Sound is bad and weak. Speakers seem to be muffled when listening to them. 5) Also, my purchase and my 5-year extended warranty through Best Buy does not show on my online Best Buy account.

Very disappointed in Samsung this time. Went to set up my new Samsung UN60JS7000 and it was missing the screws to attach it to the base. Now it is Friday night and the stores are closed and I cannot watch my new TV. Spent $1,800 for this and $3667 in total for a sound system at Best Buy and I cannot watch it tonight. One would think Samsung would do a better job making sure all the parts were in the box. If I put drywall screws in it it would probably hold it, but if it fell it would be my fault and would not be covered by the warranty.

#SamsungTV is not a reliable product I hope nobody wasted money on a samsung TV over Black Friday or any other day for that matter. Our 60” just quit working a few months past the 1 yr warranty. Samsung offered to fix it if we pay for parts, labor and mileage??? So in other words fix it yourself. I kept my cool until the rep asked if there was anything else he could help with.

This TV is great and I really really enjoyed watching football.
