Great picture. Extremely happy with the 60' Samsung SUHD purchase from Best Buy. The only thing I have found that is not exactly 5 stars is the sound. It seems to start low and gets louder when going from show to commercial and visa versa. also notice the same issue when I change the channel. Minor issue. The rest of the package is all great!

I had purchased this TV and ended up returning it a little too soon after not liking how the picture made everything look like a soap opera. Now I understand why film makers prefer film over digital. You need it to be a little soft to look good. After talking with my friend that does audio and video he told me about how you really have to spend a lot of time calibrating UHD TVs. Plus this TV overpowered my living room being a bit too big. I ended up getting a 55" LG UHD TV for a different room that was much cheaper and took the time to calibrate it and I'm very happy with the results. So if you do buy this TV take the time (about 30 minutes) to calibrate it and be sure to soften the picture a little. The main benifit of UHD TVs is that you do not see the compression like you do on an HD TV. The only reason I would not recommend this TV to a friend is that I have found a cheaper LG UHD TV that I am just as happy with. The casing and stand are not as pretty though.

We are very happy with our decision to buy the Samsung, even though we went there with full intentions of another brand that I had researched fully. The sales person was very knowledgeable. We knew we wanted the all black rim TV with the rim not taking up a lot of screen space, if that makes sense. Bottom line.... couldn't be happier.

tv was very easy to hang on the wall (not heavy) and then the fun begins. easy to set up and get working. simply amazing picture. the 120 refresh rate has not been an issue at all. can't wait for 4k programming.

Bought a different model for delivery . Best Buy substituted this one since other was out of stock. Have seen multiple Samsung TVs, all have a good picture. Been using their monitors for years. TV has same quality. Professional reviews all over the board, but appears to be a great picture for my use. Using cable and picture quality exceeds current available input. TV has multiple inputs and great Smart TV features.

I replaced a Samsung 1080P TV that I have had for several years. This SUHD TV got my attention from the display in the Best Buy Store. The sharp bright colors and the clarity of the picture made my Samsung 1080P look dull. I am very pleased with the choice I made to stick with Samsung and upgrade to the 2160P picture.

At first I had issues going from dvd/other devices to tv/satellite because the tv sound did not work when the inputs changed. Also the remote did not work when this happened. The power button was the only button that worked. It was frustrating at first until I called Samsung and was advised to turn the anynet+ setting to off. Since I did that I have not had this issue of the volume and remote not working. But why would this feature be on the tv if it does not work properly. This feature should allow the tv to automatically change inputs when for example the dvd is turned on but sound doesnt work. Now with this setting off I just manually change inputs. On a good note, after fixing this issue, I do not regret my decision because the clarity on this suhd is amazing. I just wish I bought a bigger tv. I have it connected to a bose system and couldn't be happier. I would have given a 5 star if that anynet+ feature worked.

Was amazing for 4 hours, then it stopped working. We bought this on Thursday's pre-Black Friday sale, hooked it up, updated the firmware, and started checking out some UHD content on Netflix and Amazon. We then decided to check out Avatar on Blu-ray. About an hour into the movie, there were flashes of colors all over the screen, some crazy distortion happening, then the display went black. The TV would seem to turn on and off when using the remote, as the audio from the receiver would cut in and out, but there was no display on the TV. I disconnected all cables, including power, pressed the power button on the TV several times, then plugged the power back in and pressed the power button. When the TV came in, it had many vertical lines, but nothing else. I plan to exchange the TV tomorrow...

This is my first 4K TV and I'm glad I waited for newer models to come to the market. This model is Samsung's SUHD TV which does look better than the current 4K UHD TVs currently available. The colors seem more even and less dynamic, which almost seems like a contradiction but the SUHD blends the colors better.

The picture quality is incredible with no loss of integrity for any angle. If you are a sports or movie fan you will be very please with the quality of this TV.
