Use the steam sanitize and it helps with those funky things. Wish I would have got the washer with the steam too but the dryer does the job and picks up the slack if the washer doesn't get the smells 100% out!

I did have the door moved to open on the opposite side of how it was factory installed. The only downside is that the part that keeps the door closed is slightly slanted to the wrong side, so it is harder to shut now. Hopefully, that will get better over time. Otherwise, I am very happy with this purchase.
