Q: Do you remove and take old dryer?
A: If you chose Best Buy delivery and installation (which should be free) they can also haul away your old washer/dryer or move it to another location in the house (on the same floor only) for $15 extra per appliance. So to haul away both your old washer and dryer you'd need to pay $30 extra.
A: I had to call the store and asked the same question a few weeks ago when I ordered this dryer. It came with the hose and everything, only had to buy the foil hose for exhaust
A: Look at the dial options if you have it turned to far to the right it says STEAM ...you don't want that, This happened to me the first time as well. Then I really looked at all the words around the dial and noticed I had it on timed dry but in the STEAM area and that is why nothing got dryer :-) Hope this helped
Q: Do you bring what it takes to hook up steam to water connection, or do I need to purchase?
A: It comes with the needed connections and hose.
Q: Where is the driver vent located on this machine
A: it's at the very bottom about 10 inches from the right side. I provided a photo of the connection for our dryer to the vent. We went with flex tube (sold at Home Depot) over rigid kit supplied by Best Buy because we did not have enough rear clearance.
Q: Can we use our existing duct?
A: Yes, hooks up to previous connection. Except the water line needs to be y-d off the washer to feed the steam line.
Q: How much space is required behind dryer to use rear vent?
