This dryer was the first Samsung we have ever owned. We love their TV's but did not know how dryer would be. It has exceeded our expectations and has worked very well. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a reasonable, spacious and quite dryer.

Love this has a sensor to know when clothes are dry and it shuts off. Only dislike is I can't change the drying temperatures as easy as I would like but I think that's me not knowing how to use it correctly. I struggle with technology.

After my year warranty was up about 2 months later the dryer will not tumble, motor runs but no tumbling, bad belt. Makes me so mad this shouldn't happen this soon, this is something I would expect on year 3 or 4 of ownership.

We purchased this dryer when it was on an extreme sale. We love it. It has multiple functions that we use. My wife especially likes the "refresh" cycle, as it dampens the clothes and then re-dries them to get wrinkles out.

This dryer and washer were purchased a little over 3 years ago when we moved into our home. Shortly thereafter Samsung had a recall on the washer and that had to be replaced, and now in the past two weeks, the heating element went out (which we replaced) and now the dryer has stopped turning altogether. Very little is made to last these days. It feels like a ploy to keep consumers buying over and over. We're done with Samsung, from phones, to appliances, not reliable.

This dryer has cut my laundry time in half. It is so efficient that I can get my darks, lights, whites and towels done just in time for my Family to get out of bed. Leaving my weekends open for fun instead of laundry.

I can't say anything bad about my dryer. There was an issue with delay in delivering it to my house but the manager, "Kristen", stepped in and made everything better. I almost canceled it to purchase elsewhere.

The dryer functions well. However the steam dry function is one I thought I would use more, but have rarely done so. The unit is also quite musical, playing jingles to indicate the end of a cycle. I find that rather annoying.

I searched a lot and couldn't find something better for the money. The good reviews outweighed the bad. And no matter what, you'll always find some bad reviews.

Love this dryer lots of special features like the sanitize mode and the refresh mode where u can throw a comforter and make it smell clean and fresh in fifteen minutes !

I really like this dryer and all the options. There is a wrinkle release that works well. The only problem I have is that sometimes the clothes aren't completely dry, so I just run it a little longer.

My dryer was delivered to me within a 48 hour window. Installation was done in snap. I have a Samsung washer as well. I haven’t had any issues regarding my products. Would recommend!!

I am a big Samsung fan! Compared several products and brands. This set came up consistently better in reviews than the other brands and got it a great price!

Although this product works great it just doesn't seem to dry as well as my old Samsung Front Load dryer did. Seems that I always have to dry all my loads on the "Bedding" cycle to get everything dried well.

I love that my clothes doesn't come out wrinkle. I purchased a wrinkle free dryer that provides steam so that your clothes doesn't wrinkle. I enjoy shopping at best buy and recommend this to others.

great dryer! I love all the different settings and how it senses moisture and adjusts to make sure everything is dry.

Very satisfied With product! I like that the drying time is 30-40 minutes and my load is dry. I usually just put everything on quick dry.

We are impressed with this dryer. It dries quick and the dry sensor works great! Saving money in the long run. The delivery kept getting re-scheduled, which was frustrating.

I love that it has a sensor, but sometimes I do have to double check since sometimes a few items can be left damp. It's not a big deal to me. Other than that I have no complaints

I really love this dryer. The only thing I don't like is that the drying time sometimes seems inaccurate and my clothes are drying longer than said time. Other than that, I love it.
