I had this dryer installed in October and in February it stopped producing heat. We have been trying to work with Samsung customer support, but have never had worse customer support from any company. This isn't a reflection on Best Buy, but I'll never buy another Samsung product. Stay away from this dryer!

after 1 week the dryer started making a high pitch squeal. sounded like a squeaky belt maybe? Samsung sent out technicians TWICE in 6 months....still hasn't gone away. Im calling a third time to get this replaced....HORRIBLE. I will never buy Samsung washer/dryers again....going back to GE or Whirlpool.

After 18 months the motor in my dryer is already shot and they only offer a 10 year warranty on the washer motor. My washer has also leaked water a few times but we don't know from where. DO NOT PURCHASE SAMSUNG BRANDS

Worked well for about 45 days then started making terrible scraping sounds. Had to call Samsung. Tech has been out twice to work on it. Ordered another part. No Dryer for last 3 weeks. Ugh!

It is now 6 years old and no longer works. New things just don’t last.

Worked great for 2 weeks then broke. in the works to return and get something else.

Purchased this dryer less than a year ago and it has already stopped working completely. I have put a call in to Samsung and they've told me someone will call me within 48 hours, but from the looks of other reviewers who have had the same issue and the same thing said to them, I'm doubting anyone will actually call me and get this fixed in an appropriate time. Home Depot needs to pull this product! I paid a lot of hard-earned money for this worthless machine. I have never had a dryer go out on me in my entire life and it's just sad that this is so new. I also hate that the settings are so limited. You can't change the temp manually on any of the pre-set options, which is really inconvenient. This is just a horrible, defective product all around. Initially, I only saw good reviews, but I think as time passes, more and more bad ones will be popping up.

Who would have known that this dryer has a motherboard? Well after 3 months the dryer stopped working. It took Samsung 5 days to send someone out to diagnose the problem. Now 4 business days to order the part and then longer to get him back to fix it! Beware of any dryer that breaks after 3 months!

I will not recommend or buy another Samsung product because of this issue. One day out of warranty and the only thing that customer service has to say is "Did you buy the extended warranty" not anything like I'm so sorry you are having an issue or they may be something we can do. Thank you for one year Samsung.......I'm done

Machine is fine, be prepared for sloppy installation. Also be prepared for delivery without the correct electric cord. Be prepared to have a second service call if you wish the food to be reversed.

This is not good. It has deteriorated 3 times in 5 years. I spent $ 700 to make it.

Almost 15 months old and dryer stopped working!!!! Lucky if I dry 10 loads a laundry a week. Wouldn't recommend to a friend or enemy!

Summary says it all. Every year we have had issues with this dryer. Do Not recommend to anyone!
