Seems like a good dryer no issues yet and price isnt too bad

Had to return due to washer being too tall for short people.

This washer works fine, unless you get an unbalanced load. If it detects an unbalanced load, it just keeps running through new cycles and never finishes. Because of that, you have to make sure you are nearby in order to fix the load.

When the dryer arrives, it is amazing. Slowly, you have to adjust settings to make sure all of your clothes get dry. Now, all the sound on my dryer has gone out and I don't know how to fix it. Please help.

Had no real complaints about the dryer, looked great, dried clothes like it was supposed to. Washer however, was horrible, didn't wash clothes, and they were bought and returned as a set.

One would not buy this unless you unfortunately bought a Samsung washer too, the worst washer there is - top of the line Samsung front loader failed after four years.

After the matching washer I bought was recalled, I was bummed to be left with a non-matching dryer. Apparently, that wasn't the worst news. After only 6 months of use this dryer sounds like a screeching owl every time I use it now. I replaced a 10 year old LG dryer for this reason, but it was 10 years old before the screeching started. I can't even believe that less than a year ago I wasted 2000.00 on this washer/dryer set. Dealing with Samsung to get a repair has been a huge pain. Needless to say, I will never buy another product with the Samsung name on it ! Save yourself, and go with another brand..

This unit works very well drying and has lots of features. My only complaint is that it is a lot noisier than my last unit.

Great match to the washer, but the dryer is really noisy. Might need to get it looked at, but all seems to be working right.

Worked ok. Too big for normal laundry closet space. Measure allow for clearance recommended

The lint filter is a joke! What a stupid way of having to clean out the lint filter! The screen is flimsy and you have to unsnap it to clean it out, and you can't clean it out properly because of the plastic rib in the middle of it! It's so stupid! I want the LG washer and dryer I asked for to start with!

WORST DRYER EVER. DO NOT BUY. SAMSUNG NEEDS TO DO THE RIGH THING AND RECALL THEIR DEFECTIVE PRPODUCT. THE DRUM HAS BROKE 3 TIMES SINCE 2016...

The washser recalled for blowing up! I didn't find out until I went back to get the warranty.

This dryer was recalled due to defects. It did not dry well.

Used once b/c of international recall-exchange next

My dryer broke after 3 years. The machine had made so much nosy. I paid someone come fit and replace the bell, it seemed like working for couple days, and making a big nose and completely not working after that.

Products were recalled 2 days after I purchased these. I can't really give a review because I never used them. However, Best Buy sent us a 50$ gift card for our troubles. They took care of us no questions asked. Great customer service.

Had to exchange the first set as in the first 3 weeks the dryer stopped producing heat to dry. Before that worked great. Disappointed but happy that it was within the return policy.
