doesn't dry very well clothes still damp when it stops have to run them again.

Starting to die in under 2 years. Would not buy again.

Week after delivery we were informed that there was a recall due to defect!

It's a great looking machine and the controls are easy to use. The choices for drying are extensive but necessary for today's fabrics and the machine's options. There are extra energy saving choices for most cycles where the dryer uses less heat for additional time. The lint filter worked well and was easy to access and empty..

I would really love to give this 5 stars, a year ago I would. Now it needs servicing. Something is wrong with the belt and the drum doesn't like to spin when it starts so it loudly hums. It's like something is caught in the drum. I put in a service request to samsung, so hopefully they will be able to fix it and it won't ever happen again. Our old dryer was at least ten years old and never had a problem. I am feeling some buyers remorse now. I do like all the options it gives you and use almost all of them on every load. The wrinkle reducer is my favorite and makes our clothes look really nice. The sanitize option is great for things like pillows and baby clothes. Overall, the machine is great, just bummed it needs to get fixed already. Not something you want when you shell out so much.

Lots of bells and whistles but makes plenty of noises. Had it repaired and still returned.

After 16 years I decided to replace my washer and dryer. They both still worked but I wanted to update and loved the look of the black stainless. All the bells and whistles are nice but useless. Does not dry my clothes unless I dry on timed dry. Using all of the other settings shuts the dryer off before my clothes are dry. And I'm not talking about large loads. No better luck with the matching wash machine-it leaks inside the tub. Disappointed.

Don't waste your money on this product. It's considered "High Efficiency" yet your electric bill is sky hi. They recommend you using the regular cycles which used the sensor detection of your close being dry. The problem, is if your dry socks passes by, your shirts and pants are assumed dry. NOT. So decided to bypass this by using "timed dry". Unfortunately, I have to run it 2x for 1 hr each, because after the fist hour the clothes are still damp. So I called GEEK SQUAD to see about help. I was told it's a dirty vent. I don't think so...talking to a clean freak. So they can come and look, and if no problem found, I have to pay their fee. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY and extended warranty for? It obviously DOES NOT dry the clothes even on timed dry. This was my other favorite comment by GEEK SQUAD: You might be using too much clothes. It's a LARGE CAPACITY dryer, so I think it should be sufficient enough for 4 shirts, 3 pants and 3 pairs of socks.

Dries quickly but started making squealing noise 4 years later. Purchased in 2017
