Samsung has produced a superior product With this dryer. Love the wrinkle release feature. It operates very quietly. The only complaint I have is I went to reverse the door opening, but found the instructions very difficult to follow. And to have a Best Buy employee do costs an additional $20. I will go up to the store and see is a customer service employee can possibly walk me through it.

So far, so good. Just had it installed today. Did 3 loads of wash. Worked beautifully. Quieter than my last dryer which was 30 yrs old. Have to get used to digital settings instead of the old dial.

We have had good luck with Samsung appliances. The drier is great with easy to use settings. Sometimes it requires extra time for heavy items like jeans.

I got disappoints from the discount store and I absolutely love it. I'm glad I didn't have to pay full price for a dryer when this one had a couple dents nothing major.

I give it a 4/5. We’ve had this dryer for about 1 month. So far it dries well, it looks sleek, and you CAN turn the chimes off. I did it for both our dryer and washer. My ONLY complaint is that the dryer squeaks when the cycle is on. That can’t be normal. It’s leveled so it’s not shaking. It’s the tub on the inside. It such a loud and obnoxious squeaking sound. Anyone else deal with this? Other than that it’s a good dryer.

I do like the dryer. It's spacious and I love the light comes on when you open the door. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the heat sensor seems to be a bit sensitive. I have to turn the dryer on again after it's run for 50 min because the jeans are still damp. Maybe I just need to figure out the cycles better ... Overall it's a decent dryer.
