A: The Samsung Dryer has a Steam clothes option that you can setup if you choose too. The book states that this steam function would work for Dry Clean only clothing. We did not get the water hose option with ours as we only had one pipe available in the laundry room for the washer and we did not want to try and connect both units to the one source for fear of possible leaks.

A: No. It has to be a dryer outlet. The dryer is set up for either 3 or 4 wire plug cord which you have to purchase separately. So, if your dryer outlet has 3 holes then you want to buy a 3 wire plug cord.

Great dryer, handles large loads with ease
I’ve had this dryer for a month and love it so far. Samsung doesn’t disappoint with the tech features. The dryer is easy to use, fairly quiet, and I like the Samsung sound effects. This dryer is on the large end, so make sure your laundry room has sufficient space. The upside is that it handles large loads and bulky items with ease. I can’t speak to longevity, but if this dryer is as reliable as the less high tech brands, it is an amazing value.

Dryer gets it done and is quite!
This is one large capacity dryer. We purchased it with the matching washer. Samsung makes a excellent product. The dryer 's large drum makes bedding easy to load and dry. The unit has several settings for various types of clothes. The control panel uses a large round dial to select settings. The entire control is easy to use and read. The dryer can vent out the back or side. The dryer has a wrinkle guard feature that have saved me. Overall low noise level is a blessing as it is on our upstairs near the bedrooms. Very satisficed with a new dryer.

Love it!
Absolutely love it! Hard to get a quick replacement as my old set broke during a wash right before vacation. Purchasing was a breeze as well as installation! It quiet to me and I love the various settings.
