Dries well, for the price is well worth the purchase

It is a great machine. It has a lot of energy saving features. It has a wrinkle preventing cycle and the capability of detecting moisture and shutting off heat at multiple levels. Very user friendly.

Meets our needs, super big capacity. Dry ok if it’s not over loader

Had this Samsung dryer about a month and so far love it. Like the features where I can choose how much dryness and the temperature. This machine has a moisture sensor and will shut off automatically when clothes are dry. Have found on large or heavy garments you may need to add an additional 10 minutes to completely dry the clothes. If you have a load of mixed fabrics the Damp Alert indicator lets you know when the load is 80% complete and you can take out items that are dry or still a little damp and complete by hang drying. Have used the "Refresh" and "Wrinkle Away" features once. These features did as promised. The only thing I would like to see a brighter light inside the dryer.

Works great! Exactly what we needed to get the job done. I didn’t want anything with a lot of bells and whistles.. just needed something to dry the clothes and make it easier.

Have not had it long enough to really rate the quality. - slope top does not allow for placing items on top without them falling off. - the dry door has big gap that you can see from front but it looks even bigger from angled side view. So much so that it looks like the door is open. I guess I will get used to it but if was to purchased in person this would not have been my choice. - dryer light does not stay on long enough if you try to hang items as you remove them if you pull everything out to a basket first maybe it is not an issue.

This dryer is large enough, as well as versatile enough to handle the drying needs of all of our laundry. It's truly amazing. The gentlemen who delivered it were "professional personified."

Dries clothes in half the time of my old dryer. Nice selection of drying options. Ability to dry a bedspread or blanket with plenty of room.

The good: there are a lot of options to select the exact drying cycle needed for any particular load type. The appearance is clean and the instruments have a logical layout. Drying cycles seem shorter than on my two previous machines. The bad: the outside dimensions are unusual and don't fit with the traditional side by side models of yesteryear. The cabinet is higher and narrower than my four previous dryers. The instrument panel is slanted and short. I've already had a few pieces of laundry fall behind the dryer as a consequence. The top surface of the dryer is slanted!! Who thought it would be a good idea to have a slanted top so laundry slides off and onto the floor? With the instrument panel so low, one tends to locate laundry toward the front of the machine and off it slides. As I've used the dryer, this idiosyncrasy is becoming more inconvenient and irritating. The small ridge at the front mitigates the problem only slightly. Since interior room isn't needed, it appears this is a design conceit and not born out of engineering need. Dumb. The control panel is a combination of touchpads and dials. I'm not sure why a dial is needed to select the drying cycle. I hope this isn't a weak point for moisture entry. The ugly: The half-moon lint filter has a hinged cover over part of the mesh; why? Because it is plastic and warmed by the dryer, the filter torques easily, making reinsertion into the slot more difficult. The twist also makes it difficult to secure the latch on the cover. If the cover isn't latched completely, it snags on the slot. I like interior filters, as opposed to top filters, but this design is excessively fussy. I've owned the dryer less than a month and part of the hinge for the cover is already broken. Additionally, I found all the bell signals irritating. Luckily, they can be silenced. I would recommend this dryer if the buyer is comfortable with its limits.

We’ve had no issues at all with this dryer. It’s very user friendly with simple controls. It dries the clothes very quickly and has ample room for our family’s needs.

Love this dryer! We purchased the set and I love that it doesn’t strain or over dry your clothes ! It’s even great for delicate clothing!

I love this Dryer. It is self-explanatory on how to use it and I love the little song it plays to let me know that it’s done. It’s not a high-end Samsung, but it’s still a great quality product.
