Then I went to Bestbuy and purchased the same Samsung Dryer and it was delivered within two days. I recommend Bestbuy for their delivery services on this product.

I’ve only used it 3 times but so far it’s good. It’s not as quiet as I thought it would be. Not saying it’s loud but it’s not quiet either.

Deliverers are very kind and fast on their works. I chose deliver with installation option. Unfortunatly, the ventilation duct was installed different with installation manual. The duct have to be straight connection but it is rounded that the instruction mentioned " To prevent deteriorated performance, make sure the vent is not bend, kinked, or twisted as shown"

However, I have three men in my family so we have a high usage rate. That said, if your family is similar to mine, I STRONGLY suggest you get the Total Tech membership or some sort of extended warranty. As you can see from our purchase date, we've only had our dryer for two years and we have to replace the heating element.

I clean it every use and have used multiple dryers before and NEVER experienced this much lint left behind before. I’ve had it for less than a month and not the happiest.

I’m not happy with this dryer at all. Brand new and it doesn’t even dry the whole load. There is always a towel or sweat pants that come out of the load still damp. How does this even happen. Samsung sent a repair guy and he said to just over ride the timer. What good is all the settings if they don’t dry regular size a load of clothes.
