I knew it was reliable because my Mom and sister have it. Once I actually got it and started using it I see how wonderful it is. Drying loads takes at least half the time it did with my old dryer that kept breaking down. I know I’m getting old because I am excited about appliances.

Feel like I do have to select the Highest setting on the dryness level and other option dials in order for large loads to be completely dry. Sleek look. Pretty quiet.

I was waiting for a good deal. Finally found this open box dryer at best buy, from my favorite brand Samsung. It works great, dries clothes fast. Great value.

I have to use something to grab the clothes in the back. I could have gone smaller and been okay. I was not happy with the delivery and installers. I ended up replacing the vent line with old one because the installer just crunched the line. It was also a cheap vent line. Do not buy theirs. Get your own. It was paper thin. $25 wasted after the installer attached it all crunched up. Would have been a fire hazard. I waited to review because I was so mad.
