I opened a to let with Sansung as I can’t return The equipment anymore. Dryer is not drying properly, look like the moisture sensor understand the clothes as dry and stop the cycle after 10 minutes. Also started a noise like a wear bearing and this is so loud that I can listen with the laundry door closed. This machine is not so smart as they sell the idea. Only 3 cycles allow you to change heat and time.

We just bought a house, and needed the washer and dryer ASAP and delivery was extremely fast and installation took about 10 minutes. We’ve had these for about a month and I have 0 complaints so far, very happy with this purchase.

I'm still getting used to all the controls. Right now, I've been using the "timed" function most often. I was a little skeptical that it would actually be able to measure "level of dryness" but so far, that function seems to be working fine. The only drawback is that the door doesn't open top down, like my old dryer, which gave you a shelf to rest clothes on while you're folding (It opens right/left). I like the fact that it is so roomy, I can dry two comforters simultaneously.

Haven't been using very long yet, but have so far found but to be simple to operate with easily managed controls, quiet when running and dries clothes quickly. There are lots of options for different cycles/clothes types/heat levels. Lint trap is easy to access and clean. Takes much less time to dry than our older Maytag did. Overall it seems to be a good, solid clothes dryer, easy to use and quiet.

Once I purchased my first washer, I had to buy the matching dryer. I love how spacious my dryer and washer are! These were my first purchases ever made in my home. I was gifted the last washer and dryer with my home but I am so happy I was able to upgrade with the promotions they had!

We purchased this dryer when our previous non Samsung dryer would only dry on low... that said this dryer holds a lot and drys the clothes quickly. Easy to use and is quiet. Got it at a great price on sale, but would still buy it again at full price.

Samsung dryer have large drum. The lint trap easy to clean. Takes a little longer to dry a load than my old dryer. The install was one time and very professional

Like previous reviews, the slanted top is annoying but not a show stopper. The dryer is easy to use, has lots of room to dry a bedspread and is super quiet compared to our previous dryer. I just wish I could mute the on/off chime.

Thus far love this machine! Some to use but high tech at the same time. It "weighs" your load of laundry and accommodates the correct amount of water for the load. Super quiet and I love the little song it plays when the machine is done with your clothes. Love the clear window so you can witness the action as it happens! Some of the washing times do seem a bit longer than my old machine, but technology changes andy old machine was approx. 16 yrs old. Great purchase, highly recommend!
