I generally choose extra drying for heavy loads to ensure complete drying. I switched brands from my previous dryer when purchasing this Samsung, and have not been disappointed.

I very well might not know how to wash clothes like a pro....however sometimes when I put my stuff on quick dry it accomplishes nothing! If i had better time management it wouldnt be a problem. Still love it !

Product was purchased online and staff had item ready for pickup. Easy installation. Dryer does a great job drying clothes with just 1 cycle. Love all the additional settings it has too!

The lint trap is awkward to clean and needs to be designed better. It makes a dusty mess trying to clean it. I’m finding the clothes don’t wrinkle as much anymore

We wash and dry a lot of clothes, and this dryer gets the job done quickly. You do have to bump the “dryness” up a notch or two, though. If not, larger loads will be just slightly damp.

Delivery personnel took old units out from my basement and brought new units down. Recommended I change the hoses due to age. Washer and dryer both work as advertised and are a dream compared to my old units.

Baby clothes are very damp at the end of each cycle and I have tried all the different settings. Since baby clothes are small and light this may be an issue with all smart dryers.
