I have placed only towels in the dryer and on high heat and after about 40 minutes (even though the setting states 60 minutes) it turns off and the towels are still slightly damp. Samsung support is a nightmare to communicate with. They came out for the washer but not the dryer even though in the last communication I had mentioned the dryer issue. Also with the factory preset settings most times you have to use the one setting 'timed dry' since the others will not allow you to adjust the temp, etc.

The sensor that tells the dryer your clothes are dry, is a bit annoying. Many times you have to keep restarting the dryer. I haven’t found a way to turn this off.
