Poor Performance, worse build quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Every panel and joint on this dryer rattles like it's going to fall apart. Sensor settings are worthless and will shut the unit down when half of a given load is still dripping wet. Performs even worse when using a bedding setting. If you re-arrange a load to continue drying the unit will shut off within five minutes when it detects a dry spot on an otherwise wet piece of bedding. Long story short this is a $600 rattletrap and pretty much only the time dry settings are useful. The 20-year old Kenmore unit this replaced did a much better job at drying and didn't rattle incessantly while doing so. I regret buying this unit and wish I would have went with the Whirlpool. Best Buy should get rid of the "Samsung Experts" who will try to push these products and tell you how well they perform and how they will last.
