Ordered it blindly online, so I was disappointed when the top was slanted, so clothes slide right off when you place something on top of the dryer, even momentarily. Had to build a shelf for folding. Can't adjust the minutes manually to add time when needed. Have to start over from the beginning. The sensor is awful. It reads things as dry sometimes, when they are still damp. Overall, just fair.

We are saddened to hear that this didn't meet your expectations, as you don't like the laundry top slanted, can't adjust minutes manually, and your Electric dryer doesn't completely dry your clothes. I know how disappointing it can be when appliances aren't fully functional.
Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Depending on the load size and temperature setting. One of the ways it does this is by beginning the cycle without using heat. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature.

Would understand due to holidays. However, 3 hours late, dropped off wrong dryer so had to come back and bring proper one causing me by then to be late for work. Lol usually not a big deal but not cool Best Buy not cool.

Open Box return policy sucks!!

The dryer is good when it works. Purchased the dryer via open box from my local BestBuy. Had it delivered and installed 2JUL22. It work for a day of drying. The next time we used it, the dryer would not heat up on any setting. Called the 888 number 3 times and had a hard time understanding the agents as well as placed on hold numerous times to get NO assistance in resolving the issue. Called the payment line to get someone to assist and was told that since it was an open box purchase, I would have to see someone at the store to resolve the issue... smh Couldn't replace it with a new one since the earliest delivery date was 26Aug... Had to bring it back myself (was NOT going to pay $70 for BestBuy to pickup a product they delivered that does not work), mind you I paid to have it delivered 10 days earlier... Got a refund when I brought it back on day 12. The kicking the can down the road so that I would be passed the 15 day point for returning major appliances was not going to happen!!!!

I can't get it to dry fast like my last one did. It has plenty of room to work, but does not seem to get hot enough. Lint filter is a little much but whatever works is ok I guess.

Appointments consistantly cancelled

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have not received delivery and installation due to your failure.You should change your name to Worst Buy because you just can not perform your duties nor commit to your obligations.I made my purchse on March 11th and was supposed to receive delivery on the 13th.The delivery window changed and when I checked the status it said schedule appointment.So I did that for the 14th.The exact same thing happened.Without my knowledge or consent some1 sceduled me for delivery and installation on the 18th.I was out of the county.Im running out of patience but I reschuled for yesterday the 25th.Not surprisingly when I checked the status I was to rescedule but the was no availabilty until the 28th.I am so sick of this.I am stressed and missed work.I wonder if the will finally follow through.

All dryers do this to some extent but this one is far worse than normal.

It hasn’t even been a year and already almost burned the house down. I inspected the lint and dryer duct and the smell was not coming from there. I inspected the back of the dryer and that’s exactly where the smoke odor was coming from. I wanted to see if the dryer would still work and when you try to start it just makes a humming sound. Pretty disappointed but scared everyone in the house and our son was napping upstairs. Thankfully I bought the warranty but look for a different dryer! I’m stuck with this one!

good dryer, with some disappointments

Some disappointments include side opening door that allows clothes to drop on floor when open door. Also unlike previous dryer, blankets end up in a ball that doesn't allow complete drying and have to be unraveled. Sensor dry does not do a complete dry on socks when lighter items are in same load such as undershirts. Have to dry items on timed dry to get fully dry and may risk over drying, since eco dry is unreliable.
