    Doesn't work well. I have to continue to dry the same load more than one time. Especially comforters and towels. Sometimes it stops in the middle of a load and I have to restart the load. And it still doesn't dry.

    Dryer doesn't dry clothes fully. When you want to restart the dryer it will only run for a few m.j minutes and then stops again. You have to manually take out the dry clothes and put the wet clothes back in.

    Only have had it for a short time so far so good, it isnt drying like I thought it would. Some of the clothes are damp a and have to run it again. I

If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent.     Takes two cycles to fully dry cloths and blankets

    I got this drying because it was a combo piece with the washing machine. The washer seems to work just fine as it's supposed to. The dryer on the other hand does not. I often find myself needed to do an extra cycle to ensure the cloths and blankets are dried. That is after increasing the dryness setting to the maximum it will allow. My recommendation is to stay away from this one and find another unit that can actually dry a load in the first cycle.

    Shuts off in the middle of a cycle

    Don’t care too much for the dryer. It shuts off before the cycle ends. Doesn’t hold too many clothes. But I love the blue light that comes on when you open the door.

    Dryer was working perfect. Had it for a year and one month and the gasket on the door just came off and wrapped around some of my clothes. Haven’t had any trouble before this.

    for some reason leaves the towels with a horrible smell that is something like chips or another snack food. We thought maybe it was just since the dryer was brand new, but it has continued for over a month. It does only a fair job of drying clothes and usually takes multiple cycles to get clothes dry. Very disappointed in it. Also annoying that you cannot silence all the beeps it makes.

    Sensor dry is problematic

    My $100 cheap Roeper dryer did a better job than this one. I guess it’s the sensor dry that shuts off the machine to save energy, but larger items like blankets may be dry on the outside but wet in the middle. I have to set the washing machine to the max level of spin and this dryer to the max setting of dryness for the longest possible time and the items still come out wet. Also, if you try to put things back in it immediately shuts off thinking it’s dry so you have to change the program to get it to finish drying. Don’t waste your money.

    Tricky to mess with

    I’ve had this product for about 5 weeks and I can’t seem to learn how the heat works. My cloth seems to stay a bit wet and humid when I take it out so I have to put it in twice.

    Drying sucks

    For the size of the dryer, disappointed it does not dry. After an hour of even a small load of socks, they are damp. Drying one sheet set took an hour and half. I tried all settings, emptied lint, checked hear after 10 minutes and clothes were nice and warm, but does NOT dry them. My 15 year old dryer, dried socks in 20 minutes!!! For efficiency, I don't know how you save money if drying takes 3 times longer!
