    The numbers don’t appear on the panel of the dryer so it’s hard to tell how long it is set for. Since covid I can’t get anyone out to fix it.

    Works fine, but doesn't dry clothes completely, usually it's the jeans or heavy sweaters that don't dry properly

    Got this from outlet store, it works fine but paid for shipping usually get it waived , tried to waive that charge but didn’t get it

    Samsung - 7.4 Cu. Ft. Electric Dryer with 10 Cycles and Sensor Dry this dryer is a piece of garbage please do not purchase it, I purchase this piece of garbage September 2020 and it has never worked right it always take more than one cycle to dry the clothes. DO NOT PURCHASE

    This dryer takes long time to dry. Sensor shuts off dryer before load is dry. Timer cools before dry.

    I wanted to like this dryer so bad because it's big and has a nice design. I havent owned it a week yet and it takes forever to dry my clothes. I replaced my old dryer due to having to run it over 80 minutes and this new dryer takes just as long to get things dry.

    Nothing gets dry the first time

    It doesn’t matter how small the load is, the cuffs, waist bands, and necks of everything is wet. Even if it’s 3-4 items, they aren’t dry. I have upped the heat, the dryness, and the time. I have to set it for bedding and then turn the heat and dryness all the way up to get clothes dry. And for sheets, I have to dry them twice. And for a comforter? I gave up on getting it dry and laid it in the sun. It’s disappointing because it’s brand new, but it’s too late to return it. My old dryer was missing handles and was really old, but it dries better than this one does brand new.

    Excellent! With my previous dryer, I had to put the cycle on twice to get the clothes fully dry. I love my new dryer. I no longer have to wait as long for dry clothes.
