    We were unsatisfied with this product and returned it for an LG of the same size. No regrets the LG is better in every way. The Samsung was not user friendly, and although it could fit a large load of laundry, it had a very long dry time

    Do NOT Buy This Dryer

    It dried the first couple loads fine at first, but then started to take longer & longer. It would get done only for us to find the clothes still damp. A little over JUST A MONTH of having it, it stopped heating entirely. Samsung sent a technician over but they were useless- didn’t fix anything. Samsung won’t even reply to me now. We ended up buying a Maytag dryer, so that was $700 plus all the laundromat trips wasted on this piece of junk. Disappointed in Best Buy for not standing behind their products more. Unless if you want to fork over another $200 when purchasing it, you only have 15 days to return an appliance.

    Needed a new dryer and went to best buy and they helped pick this one. Very good dryer does what it needs to do and gets my clothing dry

    Love my Samsung washer- hate the dryer!

    I am very disappointed in this appliance. It will only dry my laundry on the timed, or quick dry settings. The other settings shut off just as soon as the dryer begins to heat up- same thing the last one did!!!

    New Dryer

    I like the fact that I put things I can set the time for 50 mins. however if they are dry in 40 mins. it goes off will not continue to run for another 10 mins.

    Horrible dryer

    I wish I could give zero stars to this dryer. We have had problems with it since day one. This dryer doesn’t fully dry your clothes, no matter which of the options you choose (heavy duty, time dry) it won’t fully dry them so you have to spend extra electricity and run a full cycle and sometimes they are still not fully dry. Since I still have the warranty they sent a technician from Samsung and they changed the heater without even knowing there was a problem with the heater in the first place and obviously that didn’t solve the problem. I wish I could just return this dryer and get a different brand. If you don’t want to have your clothes smelling like mildew, STAY AWAY from this dryer!!!

    This has a larger drum than our previous dryer. It took a few loads to get use to the settings.

    Within a year, thus dryer shuts off within the drying cycle. I’ve put in two tickets to get the dryer fixed. The dryer is still not working. I asked for an exchange because I’m still in warranty, but Samsung says no. I haven’t dried my clothes in weeks waiting for their contractor to schedule yet another appointment to come fix it. Terrible experience.

    Permanently damaged from the start

    Dryer was making noise upon starting it up after the installers left, and given our family of 5 we just assumed it was someone necklace or change or something in the dryer. After a couple weeks of it continuing, we called Best Buy, who pointed us to Samsung. Samsung came out and looked at it, and told us it was permanently damaged and must have been done by Best Buy, and we would need to fight with them to get it replaced. So far, no resolution.

    I bought this dryer in April, had to have a replacement the week it was delivered. Jump forward 4 months and it has stopped heating. They sent a service tech to come replace the board and what do you know. It doesn’t work. So here I am going on two weeks no dryer. And no estimated fix date. Very thankful I bought the warranty on the dryer.
