do not make this mistake!

I've had to have 2 repairs, the first in Nov 2022 and now again June 2023. Same issue of belt coming off idler. Clothes are never dry (although it claims to have "sensor dry") after initial settings. A terrible waste of money.

After being told the delivery truck crashed into a ditch the day of delivery (with both items on the truck), we were rescheduled for the following Wednesday. Then were rescheduled again for Friday.- now being without a washer & dryer for over a week, the dryer arrived but the delivery guy had no idea where the washer was. running out of characters- WORST CUST SVC EVER

Terrible. Takes years to dry ANYTHING.

Takes 2 hours to dry a small load, if you don't dry for that long, clothes WILL come out damp. Samsung has sent techs and can't find anything wrong, meaning this dryer is just meant to suck. Very bitter as we now have a 3 month old dryer that we are stuck with, with no recourse. Stay far away from this overpriced nonsense.

Doesn’t get anything dry

Motor burned out

Don’t buy

Samsung Has Poor Service

On day two upon starting it, there was a code that a service tech had to clear. Two weeks later it stopped working and they said we needed a new motor and motherboard. Had this dryer for just over 30 days and have only been able to use it half that time. Spent over $700 and still going to laundromat to wash and dry my clothes. Samsung service is horrible and they have no sense of urgency. Never again and people will hear about my experience.

Drying settings are ok

Garbage

It’s now been 10 hours and still not finished. Half of the wet clothes are now on the floor soaking. Just trying to dry my sheets so I can go to bed. My pillow is still in the washer and has been for about 7 hours waiting to go into the dryer. I can’t send this crap back. Samsung should be ashamed but it won’t be. My TV is Samsung and the remote gives me problems every day. $4000 total out the window. Samsung never ever again.

Not again

I have had my ducts clean, so it cannot be that but I am running this two to three times per load. I had a professional come look at it and they told me the same thing.

Dryer fine, but installation techs were pathetic

Mine is a 3 prong outlet. They said sorry they cant help. Did not install the vent pipe, since they were there already. Basically said tough luck, call the store and left. Will probably return the dryer and go to Lowe's or home depot where they always finish what they start. Worst best buy experience ever. Will not return for anything that needs delivery or installation.
