    We ordered the first dryer at the same time as Samsung washer and after about a month of it not drying any of my clothes all the way, BestBuy brought a replacement dryer out. It does the exact same thing. Hoping they let me replace for a different brand as this brand is awful.

    Complete TRASH! BE PREPARED TO RUN THE CYCLES BEFORE YOUR CLOTHES ARE “DRY”…!!!! THEN BUY THIS PIECE OF TRASH! THREE CYCLES AND COMFORTER IS STILL DAMP!!!!!!! ONLY HAD THIS MACHINE FOR THREE WEEKS!

    1 star because of how bad it was buying from best buy. The whole process had our friends neighbors and family debating ever purchasing from there again. Worst buying experience ever. The dryer is good wish they installed it the right way the first time. We had to fix it ourselves. So if you plan to buy this definitely look elsewhere!!

    Seems like no matter how much you clean lint trap it will not remove lint from shirts.

    Don’t waste your money. This is trash! Constantly states clear the brushes when literally nothing is wrong! It roams around mindlessly without vacuuming.

    The machine is wonderful but Best Buy device is awful. I bought all the set up parts and it was not put on the new machine. The old one is still there and the new parts left in a box. I asked that they return and do it. Still not done one month later.

    Minimum 3 hours to dry anything!

    I have never owned a dryer that literally doesn’t dry clothes. No matter the size of the load or the setting, it takes about 3 hours to dry and even then the items are slightly damp. Steer clear!

    Just Stops Working

    I have had this dryer for less than 5 months and this is the second time the dryer will not start. The clothes did not dry and with COVID -19 I don't think it is going to get repaired anytime soon. I would not recommend anyone buy this unit.

    underperformance. leaves things damp even though you chose the timed or the sensor dry time. i bought its mate so we could get more consistent performance.... nope.

    I received this dryer in September (less than 6 weeks ago) and am now placing the second service call. The heating element does not work. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DRYER.

    Sensors failed just after 6 months and keeps turning off after 5 minutes of starting the cycle. Would not recommend this product at all.

      Please ensure the dryer is not in ECO DRY mode, as this setting will reduce the power consumption of certain other cycles but will extend the length of the cycle, potentially up to 3 times as long. Eco Dry is on by default on Normal and Time Dry cycles for models with the feature. Please see these links for details.

    Bought it on 08-17-20, got delivered till 09-03-20 first time using it 09-07-20 it doesn’t work I tried everything on the manual called customer service didn’t gave me any solutions.
