    stopped working after 21months. Not expecting that for this price and brand. I will go back to Sanyo. my 8yrs sanyo that I gave to away is still working great.

    I've already been charged for the dryer but haven't & won't receive it till mid-June!! I think you should have waited to bill my card for it till then!

    Bought this Dec-2020, and will not dry large loads or king size comforters. As of today May-2022, dryer has failed.

    The store deliver a damage dryer, not working, we call and they are going to replace it but whithing in another more month..too long of waiting

    It may look nice and say it's energy efficient. But you should not have to dry you clothes for a hour and 30 minutes to get your clothes dry. Do not buy Samsung!

    Dryer absolutely sucks. The heater is terrible. The setting are terrible. And yes i set the temp settings on high.

    Didn’t dry my clothes. Had to dry them after 4 cycles. When removed there was water spilling on the floor from the hose from the dryer.

    Bought this and went to use it and it wont work. Had to wait 2 weeks to have someone to come look at it due to the virus. Not happy at all.

    Samsung Dryer

    I received the Samsung DV5200 7.4 cu. ft. Electric Dryer with Sensor Dry in White a few weeks ago and compared to my previous dryer I can’t ask for much more. The 7.4 cu ft really cuts down on time spent drying my families clothes. We really appreciate how quiet the machine is. Our laundry room is right below our living room so it is nice that it can operate and does not interfere with any family time. As a family we try to avoid ironing at all costs so the sensor and anti wrinkle option helps us reach our goal of having less work. The display is awesome and knowing exactly how much time is left so we can coordinate our busy family’s schedule. The design of the dryer is appealing and I don’t usually pay much attention to it but I like the design.

      I see you are having some concerns with your Samsung Dryer only getting warm while using your Samsung Dryer. Your dryer does have sensor dryer and will adjust according to the moisture in your clothes unless you are using a Manual Dry cycle. See link below for more information:
