Washer is huge so if you're shorter it might come with some difficulty but overall one of the better big purchases Ive made.

I have to grow accustom to the dry smart feature, which is interesting. For the bundle deal price, this is a fantastic dryer to dry clothes.

For whatever reason this color is almost $200-$500 less than the white or champagne ones. Maybe it's because the size of the washer is 5.2 vs 5.4 for the others. (Although the black washer has one more cycle than the others). Either way it was a great deal and so far they have have worked flawlessly. Very satisfied customer!

The same is the review for the washer and the rest of the items. However, your billing on all the items is crazy--we had to wait a month for the driver from the "announced" installation date because of product damage in transit, which called for a reorder and a waiting period. But your billing put the washer and dryer on two different paying schedule dates, so we gave up with this stupidity & paid all off.

At previous place we had previous model that looked and operated the same as this one. I am overall very satisfied with my purchase and options this dryer came with. I only have one complaint is that it's very easily gets scratched on top surface. We put plastic basket on top of it just once, and it got scratched up from imperfections on plastic. I didn't see it happening with previous dryer. It almost feels like paint wasn't cured properly or didn't have top protective coating.

And I want to apologize if your clothes were a little damp after using the dryer. If your dryer is heating but the clothes are still damp, your vent is probably blocked. If your dryer has weak heat and runs for a long time, that could also be a blocked vent. And if your dryer ends after only a couple of minutes with soaking wet clothes, your moisture sensors could be dirty. And these are only some of the possible causes.
