Dries clothes without any issues. Wraps sheets and blankets into a burrito ball. Unless you have hours to keep unwrapping your bedding over and over again, I would strongly reccomend not buying this product. It takes 1.5 hours to dry a simple load. I'm told now by Samsung that this is normal for the unit. Ever since we purchased this product, it has been a nightmare. I've had techs out about 7 or 8 times to 'repair' the unit. The only thing that has happened, is it gets worse. It now doesn't shut off at the end of a cycle, it simply rolls back and forth. Customer service is terrible, and the best buy extended plan I bought appears to be useless. I even had a Samsung tech out to my house that told me he would replace the unit, since I have so many problems. Then I called the repair company, and he apparently wrote that everything was fine with the unit, and no further work was needed.

Don't buy this product. My dryer is only 4 months old. According to the repair man yesterday, it's junk. Didn't buy the best buy expensive extended warranty because they no longer give you a replacement for a defective product. They offer to try and repair it. I can get that from any manufacturer. Best buy refuses to stand behind this product. Samsung want yo rebuild my new dryer. I didn't pay almost a thousand dollars for a rebuilt product. Don't buy samsung, or fall for for the bad expensive best buy extended warranty. Customer service at both businesses was horrific. Save your money.

Motor broke after 5 months. Terrible customer service.
