This is my first "regularly sized" dryer. I have only had it for about 6 weeks, so can't comment on longevity. Capacity is great for our needs. A nice number of cycles and functions to choose from. It would be much better if the wifi/Smart home capability was integrated, or if Samsung would have it available to buy anywhere other than their company website (i.e. in Best Buy stores). I wish you could customize the settings of some of the cycles a bit more, but overall I am pleased!

so far it has dried everything first go round. I was so tired of re-running towels and bedding, but this dryer does the job no problem!

Lot of features to use, large drum for washing clothes. But the options that use sensing technologies don't work well for bedding or large items. The dryer thinks items are dry when they are still pretty wet. Since most drying options use sensing technology, that limits its use for those items. But besides that, it works pretty well so far.

great product, perched open box it has little scratches on the side and bottom panel, it works that's all matter.

We went in for a different set but it was out of stock so we were given a great deal on this set which was a couple models above. It does more than I'd expect a dryer to do.

I like the look of my new laundry package. Everything is ok so far I will update once some more mileage has been placed on these items.

My wife loves it especially the wrinkle guard. She was confused at water in the dryer but now two thumbs up.

Well, the lint screen sucks, and it takes longer than my last one to dry regular towels, but this thing does a great job at getting wrinkles out. I love it for that. Leave them in too long.. just hit wrinkle out and thy're gone in 15-20. That's probably from the steam BUY the riser at the same time, save your back

Works great! Quick installation, up and running in no time. It has TONS of cycles including, first time the wrinkle setting actually worked on a dryer!

It's been a while since I've had a dryer to completely dry towels in one cycle. Also like the chimes when cycle is finished, no more wrinkled clothes!

This dryer is awesome. I had an LG before and the Samsung is by far the better dryer. Clothes come out dry and wrinkles free.

Dryer was delivered on time as promised. The delivery guys were respectful and cleaned up after bringing the dry in the house (it was a cold rainy day). The dryer is modern looking and seems to be standing up to the long hours of use. It's not with great pleasure but in this household laundry is done every other day if not more :-(

The good thing is about energy efficiency. It takes too long to dry comforters or sheets of king size bed. otherwise, it's really good when it comes to dry clothes.

Great washer, it wouldn’t fit in our laundry room fully so had to return it. But it was a beautiful wssher

Nice big dryer. The lint trap is a *~<%ch to open up to remove the lint tho. I cant speak for the steam function as i dont have that part hooked up.

I have only had a couple dryers in my life adn this one is pretty good. some loads it has taken 2 cycles to dry but most come out in one and are perfect.

So far this machine has been very reliable. I like the fact that you set up smart capabilities with Google. I get alerts and notifications of different cycles during washing and when its complete. Easy to touch and go controls. Very simple to use and gets the clothes done the way I like.

Our previous dryer took 3 goes to dry! We are so happy with this dryer. It doesn’t overcook the clothes either lol
