I have no idea why this machine was so inexpensive, it is really awesome. I’ve had it for a few months and I love its functionality and it does a great job washing the clothes as well as wringing them out. Best part? Surprisingly excellent drop off of service. They were on time, friendly and efficient. $25 they set it up perfectly and took my old appliance away. Great deal all around

Delivery was as promised without any problems. I've used this washer multiple times and am very satisfied with the results. This washer did a better job than my last Maytag which died right after the warranty expired. So far, I'm also very satisfied with the customer service I received from Best Buy with all my purchases.

Love it! The delivery guys who dropped it off were friendly as well. And I just love how it sings to me when it’s done! Easy to purchase and loved the communication in my email about delivery date and time.

We haven't actually received this item yet. But we have a washer just like this in the house we're selling and purchased one just like it in the house we are now buying. This is the best washer I have ever owned. And the companion dryer is wonderful as well!

Great buy for the price. I've owned this dryer for a month. It was easy to install and very easy to use. I've dried clothes using most of the dryer settings. The clothes dry as expected for each dryer setting. The one fault I have with the dryer is that the door seems to be lower than my previous dryers. A pedestal would solve the problem. But it's not that big of a problem for me.

This washer has been amazing. Best Buy installed with no issues. I have been using it every week since it was installed.

I had the same old washer and dryer for years and didn’t put much stock into the quality. Well let me tell you. WOW! I realize it’s kind of comical that I’m so excited about this major upgrade in a washer and dryer but hey, small victories. The quality is clear in how well they work and man they are so quiet. What a value for the quality. Highly recommended

Good price. Quality product. Delivery crew was EXCELLENT. The only complaint is Best Buy no longer honors Military Discount on appliances. I produced a VALID AND CURRENT DEPT OF DEFENSE ID to the sales rep, and I was told it would not get me a military discount. So that is the reason you all did not get the 5th star

A good purchase I made, the best silent washing machine, I like how it washes clothes apart from the fact that it has several washing modes. I highly recommend her.

I would expect this washer to be as good as the model without the white door. I did end up exchanging this for the other model as that was the dryer i ordered and i wanted a matching set.

I love my new dryer. My old one quit working and the family limped along with it anyway. The new one works great. I like the tune it makes when it's done. The lint trap is cleaned easily. It has a smaller footprint than my old machine so the room doesn't feel quite as crowded. The build doesn't feel as sturdy as my older machine but it is much more efficient

Love my new washer , so many options to wash and sterilize and many others choices. Very modern, it’s quiet! I’m loving it! Just waiting on my dryer that unfortunately won’t arrive until the end of December.

Third time buying it, love it Jist using it a lot

Our dryer finally gave up the ghost. I had replaced fuses several times and replaced the heating element and the drive belt once each on the old unit. This time the timer burned up. We love our new dryer. It is quiet. Does a good job. The lint filter/screen is easy to clean. It has more than enough cycles for our needs.

I really like the washing machine. I am it’s wonderful. It gets nice and clean. I couldn’t ask for a better machine. I like that it things when it’s done. Let me know how close it is to being done. I am so glad I had purchased this.

I made a huge mistake to purchase this Samsung. I hate everything about it- it shuts off before clothes are dry (sometimes it stops even before I walk away) It ties my clothes and sheets in knots! It doesn’t fit in the space BEST BUY assured me it would fit. My outside balcony laundry room now has the door permanently OPEN. Can’t wait for the winds to damage everything- The lint screen is a joke. It’s almost impossible to clean completely and don’t bother using dryer sheets because the instantly adhere to the lint screen. Did I mention the hideous music? The tune plays even if you push the stop cycle or open the dryer door. Annoying! But most of all; the dryer is not worth it. Wish I’d purchased another Maytag. It was perfect for 10* years.
