I bought this washer April 2021. There are enough issues and things I don’t like about this machine, that I’ll be replacing it soon. The spin cycles leave our clothes much wetter than our previous machine even on the high speed. When the spin cycle begins, the tub wobbles which makes us concerned, but it doesn’t move around on the floor, and improves once it gets going. We’ve investigated the machine including performing the self-calibrating cycle. It cleans fine, but perhaps that’s the detergent. There are some chimes you can remove, and some you CANNOT. We prefer NO chimes/alarms. I made the mistake of buying Stackables (but didn’t stack them) and every time we lean over them to reach some upper cabinets, we accidently turn off the washer mid-cycle and it won’t pick up where it left off. Lastly, the machine has a CLEAN THE WASHER cycle that appears every 40 cycles. This feature takes almost 4 HOURS to complete using hot water and high agitation. Your warranty will probably be void if you don’t do this. Then, my fault for choosing the 4.5 cubic size over a 5 cubic size – my King sheet set (high quality sheets) seems to be too large of a load, so I find myself washing the 4 King pillowcases in a second load.

Great product, poor open boxed description. Had a decent dent on the top. Based on the descriptions of Excellent to Satisfactory was minor to moderate cosmetic issues. As for how it has been working, it is fantastic.

This is a awesome washer. The only thing I don't like is that it's really loud. The 20 min wash is great. Clothes come out cleaner and nicer then the washer I had.

This unit is packed with utility. It has excellent load capacity and all the bells and whistles, minus the steam function, which I specifically didn't need.

Easy to use and plays a jaunty tune! Two thumbs up!

So far so good. I replaced an old Whirlpool washer that lasted about 13 years. I like that there is a timer and that you can see the clothes in the washer. It's been great so far. No rattling like the old washer. I like that no agitator so it holds a larger load.

Would have been a five star but there was a horrible mixup with the delivery address at the beginning. It was delivered to my father's address instead of mine. I even called the day before to fix the problem but it still occurred. But, when it was correctly delivered the next week, everything was wonderful.

Dryer works well and is very reasonably priced....

Overall the delivery guys were great but i paid for install and it wasn't done . I scheduled a second date for install and they came too early and no one was home. One of my pipes got broken, it was probably old. And the rental truck they were driving had bad battery and i had to wake up my husband to give them a jump.

We have owned our Samsung (model DVE45T6000W) for over a month. I do like all the optional modes, but have mostly used it for pretty basic drying jobs. It has does a good job at everything we have had it do.

I love my Samsung front loading washer & dryer. I just WISH I got the dryer with a STEAM feature.

I thought this washer would be a down grade to the one I had. It is actually just as good as my previous washer that I payed twice as much for. It works hard for my entire family everyday without noise or problems.

Washer is working great so far. It takes much less time to wash a load compared to our previous washer. We did have an issue with installers where instructions said they would level the machine & I had to remind them & have my level handy to check as they adjusted the legs.

This dryer is great! I am happy with how quickly the dryer dries my clothes. I LOVE all the different drying cycles it offers. Sanitize is awesome for cleaning pillows and my kids' stuffed animals. I can already tell I will love this dryer!

I love this dryer. It wasn't the first one I chose but I was desperate for a dryer. They had this one in stock and I have to say I really love it. I am pleasantly surprised as this was not the manufacturer and settings I had first chosen.

The dryer works great. I always recommend samsung.

I have had my dryer 2 months and it’s already not drying well. Clothes ends up damp after 1 hour and 20 mins of drying.

Delivery and Installation went very smooth . All the guys were very professional and also took the time to show me how each washer and dryer worked .

My clothes come out clean. The machine has a high capacity, which is nice for blankets and beddings.
