Once I got used to it though, it does the job and, overall, I’m happy with it.

I am very curious to see if Samsung can beat it. It works great so far, although it’s delicate cycle is much worse then my previous device. The wool was not washed that delicately as before.

The subcontractor of Best Boy refused to connect our washer. We were stuck with washer delivered to our house and not installed for weeks. Our previous washer was also Samsung and it came with a longer drain pipe, so there was no need for an extension and no liability issues for whoever installed the washer 10+ years ago. Samsung's cutting corners caused a great deal of inconvenience to us. Too soon to review the performance of the washer. It is easy to use it.

Quiet. load 'em up, and they clean clothes. Would'a got 5 stars except there is no way to change the annoying little musical Jingle.
