Overall it does the job. don't care too much for the extra things that the new washer comes with now a days. it's really simple to use and I just use the settings that are already there. just needed something to wash my clothes. the washer looks great and happy with the purchase. I did get the 5 year warranty which is a must.

First purchase of a washer & dryer and it was well worth the money! Not too fancy but still has cool features and does everything I need it to do!

It runs so quietly and washes clothes pretty quickly on the normal cycle. I purchased both washer and dryer for an affordable price especially to say it is a Samsung. I would definitely recommend.

After two pre-measure visits and six repair appointments, my dryer issue still isn’t fixed — and during one visit, the installers even damaged my washer! Now both appliances are incomplete and not working properly. The third-party installers are careless, and there’s zero support from the Plymouth, MA store. The manager told me they can’t help once the product is delivered and that everything must go through phone support — but after 10+ hours on calls, nothing has been resolved. Terrible customer service from start to finish. Don’t buy appliances from Best Buy unless you want endless frustration and no accountability.

The lint holder is in an awkward position and is slightly hard to get in and out of. For what we paid I’m very happy though.
