Serious design flaws

Overall it works great but for some reason it holds water inside the machine and you have to drain it every month and the smell and amount of water is ungodly. I have owned several washers in my lifetime and I've never had to service mine monthly and drain stagnant water out of it. I wasn't aware you had to do this until it stopped working after 6 months of owning it. Thank god for You Tube - Just say no!

It runs quietly and gets clothes to the desired dryness level every time regardless of drying temperature. Controls are intuitive and lint trap easy to clean.

Still getting familiar with dial but the basic set up does a great job. Worth every Penney AND the installation techs were very courteous, efficient and friendly. BB comes through again for us.

It has lots of settings for any need you desire. My only complaint is the dry sensor is very sensitive and doesn’t dry my clothes completely but I think that helps minimize shrinkage ALOT. Overall a great machine!
