The color is gorgeous—a perfect complement to the washer—and really elevates the look of the space. It has plenty of room for large loads, dries everything evenly, and the Sensor Dry feature prevents over-drying, which helps protect our clothes and saves energy. I’ve also used the steam function a few times and it’s fantastic for refreshing clothes and reducing wrinkles without ironing. The smart capabilities are a great bonus. Getting notifications when a cycle is done or being able to start it from my phone is more useful than I expected. It’s also super quiet, even with a full load running. This dryer is super sleek, user friendly, works excellent to dry and freshen my clothes. So many options for different loads. There's minimal setup guide included. I've set up dryers before so it wasn't hard to figure out and I saved $70 doing it myself. I was able to attach power cord with no issues I'll have to go online to find info to set up smart control and steam connections. Overall, I def recommend this set.

Bad units. They arrive damage. I had to exchange them 4 times with Best Buy.

Awesome! Easy to use, quiet, snazzy. Dries clothes well. Just set it on the appropriate setting and press start. Clothes get just as dry as they need to be. The adjustable features help me with keeping some of my more delicate clothes from being dried too much. Dry enough to get the wrinkles out, but hang them to finish drying.

Our recent appliance purchase from Best Buy was a mixed experience. The dryer itself is excellent—dries quickly, works beautifully, and came at a very fair price. I’d absolutely buy the same model again. But the delivery experience left a lot to be desired. The delivery driver refused to help with basic installation tasks, saying it was “against policy” to unplug our old washing machine. He also wouldn’t install the steam hose for the dryer, even though that should have been included. We were charged an extra $60 just to move the old dryer—not haul it away, just shift it outside 50 feet. I ended up installing the hot and cold water lines myself. The only thing they actually did was install the pedestal, which helped a little—but for a paid installation, the rest was bare minimum. The delivery team wasn’t rude, but the service attitude was disappointing. There was no apology, no effort to guide us through next steps, and no offer to help within their limits. Instead of saying, “Here’s what we can do,” we were basically told, “You’re on your own.” Later, the driver explained that Best Buy tracks delivery crews to ensure they stay on schedule, not just for efficiency but to meet a delivery quota. I understand the pressure, but using it as an excuse to avoid simple tasks is frustrating—especially when all the explaining actually cost more time. As a small business owner who manages multiple properties and Airbnb rentals, I was hoping to use Best Buy for more appliance purchases in the future. But this kind of inflexible, unhelpful service makes that unlikely. To lose a customer over something so small and easily resolved is just bad business. And finally—what if I had been elderly or physically limited? I would’ve been left unable to finish the setup for appliances I already paid to have installed. That’s not just poor service—it’s potentially unsafe. The dryer gets five stars. The delivery and installation process? Two at best.

We really like our clothes washer dryer combo! They get everything cleaner and makes everything fluffier and feel better! A great investment added to our home. We’re so glad be canceled out on the competitive brand too and front loader and went with the Samsung front loaders and pedestals!

Family of 5 and have purchased both the Samsung front load washed and dryer. Have been using both machines for over 2 months now and have zero complaints. We needed large capacity machines and the Samsung washer and dryer are perfect for our busy family. Both machines are very quite. The built in steamer on the dryer is one of my favorite features. I also like that you cna connect washer & dryer to WiFi and your smart phone. The cream and rose gold accents of the machine are one of my favorite things also. So far we are loving our new Samsung washer and dryer!

I just love everything about this Samsung dryer, it's one of the best I ever had. I like the modern appearance and how quiet it is when it's running. It's has so many great features and is very user friendly. My favorite features are the Steam plus sanitize and the refresh. I really like that I can take cloths thats been in the closet for a while and quickly refresh them to wear. It is energy efficient and the drying time is custom to what type of load it is. I get so much more laundry done during the day, and im very pleased with this dryer. Everyone in my household love it. I can control and keep track of everything when I'm away with the Smart Things app so that's a plus. It's a really great dryer and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

The basic features are wonderful. It dries quickly and is very quiet. The SmartThings features are useless. You can't extend time from your SmartThings app, you can't change the dry cycle type without completely turning the dryer off, not pausing but completely turning it off. The lint compartment is easy to clean and it being stackable makes it great for small spaces.
