The issue I had was the feet did not align properly on the pedestal and the GeekSquad delivery did a horrible job to install it on the pedestals. They raved how "easy" samsung is to install on pedestals and left me with 6 out of the 12 screws in the brackets installed, broken bracket cover pieces and the brackets incorrectly installed so the dryer shook like mad. I confronted them on it the next day and they admitted having issues and "did the best they could." I then spent the next hour fixing their mistakes as well as a hinge that they ripped off my laundry room door. You're much better off installing yourself. There's a 5 min youtube video. Save your dryer, damage to your walls & doors, pedestal and a lot of headache. Cannot stress this enough - Install it yourself!!!!

The ability to dry wet clothes is faster than my previous Samsung model, which is nice. I haven't used the app to connect it to wifi, I just don't see the need. But it has worked well ever since I bought it.

The 2019 model only lasted 4 years. Buy the Best Buy warranty! I did for this one. I only got another Samsung because it still matches the washer and it was on sale. I would not pay retail price for this dryer.
