This guys is too awesome, he was so professional and very friendly and guess what? He has always been like this even when I just usually come into the store to look at the stuffs am picking prior. This new Samsung dryer is a huge improvement from the LG I purchased. Steam is my favorite feature. It freshens the clothes and removes wrinkles.

Best Buy staff installed it quickly and well. The Normal dryer setting leaves one or two towels slightly damp, so I use the Time Dry setting to get everything dry. Works great otherwise!

I can put a load of clothes in the dryer on heavy duty at the highest dry temp and it dries for 1hr and 10 minutes, and the clothes are still damp, the glass door is wet when you open it and the lint from the clothes is rimmed around the opening and wet. I have now had a load of clothes drying for two hours, and they still are damp. The dryer is heating and the clothes are warm as if they are drying, but they’re not getting completely dry and I’m not sure what the problem is. The thing that is throwing me off, is that when you open the door once the clothes are done drying, the glass door is wet, literally. I am attempting to try other dry options such as the timed dryer option, but this should not take as long as it is to dry clothes. I had a Samsung dryer for 7 years prior to this replacement and it was great. This one, not so much. I have a friend who purchased the very same dryer and before I could even complete the sentence when complaining about the dryer she finished it with ‘your clothes are still damp, because mine are damp’. Now I’m at the 30 day mark, I cannot return the dryer and at this point I can’t say that I’m happy. Would not recommend.
