Huge Upgrade

This model is so much better! The app, especially, allows me to track my laundry without having to make trips to the laundry room. The other feature that's great is the Steam setting. Gets the wrinkles out and makes your clothes feel fresh.

Love my washing machine and dryer

I moved into a smaller home since I've gotten older and the washing machine really had a smell and now I have fresh clothes and the units are beautiful and work great Best buy did a great job also coming on time and working for us

Have had to switch ALL to manual selection for desired dryness. Front panel super sensitive, and comes on even with brushing past, with a blouse or shirt activating dryer screen. YOU DO NOT HAVE PRESS IN OR LEAN AGAINST IT FOR IT TO ACTIVATE SCREEN. I question the sensor on this dryer.
